I am VERY disappointed with my experience with Wron.ai.
I built an app through the platform, but I ran into issues almost immediately that prevented me from moving forward with my app. I reached out for help, waited about 6 days, and received no resolution.
During this time, I was communicating through their support chatbot, but there was never any actual resolution. I was repeatedly told that my issue had been “sent to the team” and that someone would reach out to me. Unfortunately, no one ever did.
I understand that technical problems can happen with any platform — I really do. What I found extremely frustrating, however, was having to repeatedly ask the system to please add or remove specific things that it had added on its own, literally changing what I was asking for. Despite multiple attempts to give clear directions, I was unable to get it to make the corrections I needed.
The lack of any real customer support was extremely disappointing, especially as a paying, top-tier customer. Unfortunately, many of the claims and promises made by the platform sounded great, but in my experience, very little of what was promised was actually delivered.
At this point, I have initiated and escalated the matter in an attempt to receive a refund. I am very dissatisfied because I genuinely had high hopes that this platform would work out.
In my personal experience, I was unable to speak with an actual person. It felt as though the support system was largely left to a chatbot, with no accessible customer support team available to actually resolve the problem, even having the tier that offered “premium support”.
Buyer beware. From what I have seen, other customers appear to be experiencing similar issues, which makes me concerned that this is an ongoing problem that is not being adequately addressed.
I really wanted this to work. Unfortunately, my experience has left me extremely disappointed.

During this time, I have been communicating through their customer support chatbot, but I have not received the level of assistance or resolution I expected as a paying customer.

I understand that technical problems can happen with any platform. My biggest concern is the lack of timely support when something goes wrong. When you're paying for a service and building a business product on that platform, being unable to move forward for nearly a week is extremely frustrating.

At this point, I am dissatisfied with both the experience and the customer support. I hope Wron.ai improves its response process and provides customers with better access to real human support when technical issues cannot be resolved by a chatbot.

use credits at an alarming pace . spent £130 didn't manage to launch an app . support is invisible and hopeless avoid avoid google ai said its not got a back end programme so useless

Came from a Tiktok ad and I was surprised how a website could build a whole app from scratch. I made a period tracker and was able to make $5k profits and even gave my girlfriend a free subscription!

I saw one of their videos on Facebook and took a look at it. Bought the subscription and saw that it actually built a working app. I tried adding a paywall and database and that worked too. But uploading it on TestFlight to test was a bit tricky since it took awhile for it to show up on my apple developer account however I think that's just Apple being slow. Overall my experience is pretty good so far

I paid for Wron AI because I wanted to build my app. During my work, I lost important project files, and this caused me a lot of frustration. I contacted support but did not receive a satisfactory solution. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend the platform at this time. I hope the company improves its reliability and customer support.

Wron is a great place to build and deploy apps, I built an app for my daily task list and a game I play on my phone everyday.
