We’re a family-run business that takes pride in offering our customers high-quality work without breaking the bank. We’re open six days a week, including Saturday, to carry out services and repairs on all makes and models of car. If you can’t get to our garage, then we can come to you – we offer a local collection and delivery service to our customers who don’t have time to bring the car to us. We’ll pick it up from your address, complete the work and then return it once we’re done. We also have courtesy cars for customers who have to leave their car with us overnight. Our devoted and expert technicians will carry out work to the highest standard and will ensure that the car is in full working order before it’s returned to you. All of our technicians are fully qualified, with years of experience repairing cars. At 1 Stop Autocentre, you can be sure that our expert team will always do an excellent job and offer the best customer service. Had my Ford Focus re gassed for the air…
Had my Ford Focus re gassed for the air conn not working,Told me to bring it in on the day at 1 pm ,started on it straight away and was back and running in 45 minutes
Can’t fault there service and would recommend them

Arrived and garage had got my appt time…
Arrived and garage had got my appt time wrong, then gave car the wrong service, then car wasn’t ready by time I was told to return and I received no phone call to call back later. Utterly disorganised.

During our busier periods, although rare, errors can occur if the right systems are not in place. Thankfully, we have made significant efforts to address our busier periods, and have now introduced various spreadsheets and logs to ensure staff members are fully aligned with job requirements. We have also introduced a limit as to the amount of jobs that can be booked on any given day. This minimises the chances of such experiences re-occurring in the future.

Hidden cost
These guys have hidden cost, do not trust them. Started to use them for both my cars (services & MOT's) and then one year they said my car had failed the MOT due to a corroded break pipe and charged me over £150 for a small piece of rear brack pipe. Then I thought I would check how much it would cost at another garage who quoted less than half that price of £50. Was not happy and would never use these guys again.

I accept that there may be garages who are likely to source a cheaper part and have it fitted, but we always strive to source and fit premium parts - hence the discrepancy in cost. All customers should be quoted a price, before any work is to be carried out, and so I apologise if this was not the case on this particular occasion.
