Poor service
You cannot just send your samples and expect timely analysis, you have to spend time chasing the results. When the results eventually arrive you learn that they are emailed to the wrong people.
We would prefer to test our water monthly but due to this now becoming an unnecessarily time consuming task, we have now decided to test our water 6 monthly.
We have telephoned the company to try and establish some improvements in communications but its obvious that 20/30 are not a proactive in their customer care.
