Thiago has just come and fitted our tyres and was highly professional and helpful, and I would recommend fast track Tyres to anyone needing a tyre repair or replacement service. From the time of the call to the finish of the job it took approximately one hour and I couldn’t ask more.

Had an excellent experience from start…
Had an excellent experience from start to finish. Called 6pm Sunday evening, clear expectations set on the quote, wasn’t upsold, engineer booked immediately. Engineer arrived in 20 mins (quoted 45). James was clear and competent throughout the visit, quickly replaced my tyre and gave me additional advice regarding the spare. Job took 20 mins to complete. All in all was back on the road within the hour! Excellent service, would highly recommend

Had a puncture late last night around 21:00,
AA couldn't help me but put me onto this company.
Great service and help on the phone giving me all the information and help and quickly dispatched a driver to my location. The Mechanic (Ishmail) turned up within the time frame while also giving me a call letting me know he was close. Great communication from Ishmail who got the job done very quickly and professionally. 100% would use this company again!

I had a pretty bad accident last night with my car and needed a new tyre fitted asap. Zak and James were fantastic , they were both very reassuring and gave excellent customer service , and put my mind at rest during a horrible situation. I can’t recommend enough. Thank you so much :)

Amazing service!
I had a flat tyre on a Sunday evening and a hours drive home. Having called my own break down with no luck I rang Fast Track tyres . A very professional gentlemen dealt with my panicked call.
In less than half an hour he sent Rui who I can only describe as a super hero! He changed my tyre and checked all the others . He was professional and totally reassuring and in less than half an hour of his arrival I was on the road again. Thankyou so much! Thank goodness for great services like you!

Excellent service-easy to contact and tyre all changed (Watford) pretty much within an hour of phoning in the first place and Marek was polite, helpful and efficient. Definitely recommend.

I used this service on 15/10/24 after…
I used this service on 15/10/24 after realising I arrived at work and found had a flat front tyre. I was told the wait could be about two hours but Marek arrived well before that. I was very pleased with the service. Marek was helpful and very knowledgeable. He looked at all four tyres and identified an issue with the other front tyre which I will sort out. He also gave me some good advice about the alloys which I will be following up. I would definitely recommend Marek.

This was the second time I required Fastrack Tyres' services. Albeit a long wait on this occasion the office appeared to be doing all they could to assist me as soon as possible and when Diego arrived, he was courteous, proficient and generally very helpful. If it hadn't been for the long time it took to arrive this would have been a 5 star review.

This is the second time I’ve used them…
This is the second time I’ve used them and both experiences have been great. The office people efficient and friendly. The people who do the tyre changes are very capable and thorough. Marek came yesterday and as well as doing a great job I actually had a nice time.

Exceptional service from Marek
The whole experience was stress-free. Placed an order under 2 minutes on the phone. Decent recommendation on which tire brand to go for without trying to upsell. SMS in 2 minutes after the call to say they were 20 mins away.
Marek was very knowledgeable and friendly.
I definitely recommend them.

Quick, efficient and helpful
Came out to me within 30 minutes, replaced my tyre and had me on my way within 20 mins. Rafee was extremely polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Had a great experience with them
Had a great experience with them, had a puncture by White City at midnight, Rui came out quickly to assess what needed to be done. Had to wait a little bit to get a replacement tyre but everything went smoothly and he even took the time to talk me through what he was doing ! 10/10 would recommend !
