Fastrack Tyres Avis 

Two of my tires were shredded by a metal curb. The RAC arranged for Fastrack to replace the tires. Diego arrived reasonably quickly. He was helpful, friendly and efficient. He also took the time to help with my mobile phone connection with my car. Outstanding service!

Called Fasttrack to replace a tyre at 11.30 pm and by 12.45am they had arrived. It was replaced by Jake who was extremely polite and efficient in changing the tyre quite fast. excellent job. Would recommend fastrack without a doubt.

Amazing service this evening from Zak on customer service and Diego who arrived to change my mini tyre. Extremely professional and efficient service from this company. Initially told 90 minutes and then was called back to say would be 20 minutes - amazing and news a very tired teacher was so happy to hear. The tyre was changed in 15 minutes, Diego was super efficient, knowledgeable and helpful when I asked some additional questions. Will be recommending Fastrack to friends, family and work collegues and will absolutely use the company again. Thank you guys from a very relieved teacher who needs to be back on the road again tomorrow morning at 7am. Keep up the excellent service and great work!

Great company and first class service. Not calling any namesI called a well known big company who offer 24/7 service allegedly before I called fast track. I was told the earliest they could get to me was the following morning as they didn’t have my tyre. I called fast track 90 mins later they were at the ride side changing my tyre. Great value for money does what it says on the tin can’t rate them highly enough they prevented my company losing out on an important contract and the customer service was first class. I will be calling them 1st in future

Had a flat tyre near junction, operator kam was great and I had difficulty finding where I was. Great job and extremely fast under 60 minutes recovery compared to other companies who said they would be two hours plus

Used the service for the first time and it was absolutely hassle free. Booked it via Audi Assist and Dough (from Fastrack Tyre) turned up within the promised timeframe and did a seamless job (new tyre fitting) in less than 10 mins ! He also provided great advice reg general maintenance of my car. Thank you Dough ! 👍 Would highly recommend their service.

Fasttrack tyre performed a wonderful service for me today 26/09/2020. Wow!!! What a formula one service by Mr Jake ,the timing was sport on, the fixing of a new tyre fantastic and customer service excellent.

After a wonderful day in London I found my tyre to be punctured beyond any repair that the RAC could help me with, at 11pm on a Sunday night with a 2 hour journey ahead of me and 2 young kids I thought an expensive last minute hotel would be the plan. But the RAC called Fastrack who were with us quickly enough and the tyre was replaced straight away, no issues. Price quoted is what I paid.
Marek replaced my tyre and was very friendly and professional. I couldn’t recommend Fastrack enough, really thought I might be stranded, I didn’t know 24 hour mobile tyre fitting existed!

Top notch service. Jake came over, super nice chap, he changed the tyre in 10 minutes. Late night service available, highly recommended for Tesla owners.

I called Fastrack and they were indeed FAST!

I found the technician Jake to be very professional, honest and polite.

The prices are reasonable because they get you on your way after being stranded, so I reccomend them.

We had excellent service from Fastrack on the evening of 27th August in Hyde Park. Having travelled all the way from Turnberry without incident in terrible weather, Sadiq Khan conspired to kill my Macan with an ill signed bicycle lane in Hyde Park.
Porsche recovery dispatched Fastrack and they speedily fitted a new front tyre and the mechanic Jake was both polite and efficient. The price was fair and we were back on our way with the minimum of fuss.

I had such a great experience with James Stevens from Fastrack Tyres. He could see I was flustered and annoyed at what had happened and calmed me down quickly with his professional manner. Great service, kept up to date through the replacement of the tyre and his fan was spotless.

I hope to never have to use a mobile tyre service again, but if I do I would absolutely be calling you guys.

Excellent service - friendly and professional tyre fitter (Nick) arrived within the timeframe quoted by the call handler and completed the job to a high standard.

Tesla required 2 tyres removing from wheels and replacing with 2 new tyres purchased separately.

Booking was made with a human being, over the phone and was quick, professional and efficient.

Communication with fitter was excellent providing me with an arrival time, allowing me to leave the car and get on with my life until they were due to arrive.

They arrived promptly, did the job professionally and I was mobile again within 40 minutes.

Highly recommended

A first class service, polite, attentive staff which is extremely helpful, reasonable priced and key worker discount.

Quoted a different price to what they asked for once they arrived. Do not recommend.
