Had a very good experience booking my flight from NJ to Hyderabad and returning via Saudi Arabia. Worked with Armaan and found him to be very helpful and knowledgeable with all the possible routes that I was trying to check to get the best route at the best price and in shortest time. Also spoke with Tariq and Taher and they were also very helpful to me. I would definitely recommend H&S Travel to my friends.

The staff was very helpful in finding me a better deal and made my booking easy and comfortable.

I wish there is a zero star rating if I can choose. Due to covid travel restrictions I had to cancel my parents return tickets an year ago and have been contacting them for partial refund ever since. I was promised a partial refund and we never received a penny. Whenever I contact them they keep saying their refund team head got hospitalized due to covid and that's their answer every single time. Even after several attempts through call and emails I did not receive any response.

Do not use this company they are a fraud
Myself and friend booked a week in New York for £650 this included flight and accommodation
we paid our deposit and was told we could pay the rest two weeks before the date of holiday
two weeks later we were called and they stated if we paid the rest of by 6pm we could get £100 off
Due to working and the time they contacted is we paid in it late and this was in a different account and we were then called to state we had lost our economy seats and would need to upgrade to business class. When we challenged this they stated they had not received the money in time.
Each payment was a bank transfer and we could not use a credit card.
It appeared they kept asking us for more money
The holiday should have cost us £1350 to this date we have paid nearly £2000 and they kept asking us for more money
We asked for a refund and was told we only get 40% of the money back and still we have not received anything from them

Excellent Service with better deal. Marziya was very helpful and provides the best options for me.

Very good service provided by H&S and I felt comfortable dealing with them. Armaan was very patient and couteous and I think he looked up a number of options for me. I wouldnt say I got the best discounted price, but then I knew I was booking on a peak season and too late into the game. The only other feedback I have is - I feel H&S should stop the practice of collecting pictures of customer credit cards and photo-ID during payment. In today's world identity theft and leaving personal information with businesses is fraught with risk. This information can fall into wrong hands.
