I had several questions on the battery I ordered after I received it. I appreciated the quick response via email on answering my questions.

Best Price I could find for a lithium battery for my bike.

A little trouble placing order but once that was done the rest went fine

The folks were knowledgable and helpful and I recieved my order when they promised.

They were the cheapest and quickest for buying the battery we were looking for. Beat out WalMart by 20$. The package was delayed, but that was not their fault.

Received exactly as promised and on time.

Battery worked better then expected, we bought a used Polaris 4 wheeler, batts were dead,ordered one and kids won't get off it, think I need another batt!!!

Absolutely the best customer service I've had online shopping! My order shipped the day I ordered it. Unfortunately, my phone auto-filled my old address. I didn't realize it, until it didn't show up the day it was supposed to and checked the tracking info. USPS said they were returning it, if possible. I sent an email explaining what happened, apologizing and offering to pay the shipping (it was a power wheels battery...not light!). When I woke up the next morning for work, I had an email from them already letting me know they had sent another one already and "hopefully they return it". No questions asked and no additional charges. These guys rock!

NEVER RECEIVED ITEM PAID FOR AND NO RESPONSE FROM 2XPOWER TO MY E-MAIL INQUIRY. WILL HAVE CREDIT CARD COMPANY CONTEST CHARGES.

Shipped and arrived on time. Battery came fully charged and ready to use. This Battery and charger bundle was cheaper than buying it anywhere else.

The Battery we ordered was for my young who waited for it to be delivered. The product was delivered & does not work!! I have tried for Three days to reach a representative , No luck. Its hard to believe that we have spent over $100 dollars & it doesn't work

Received a bad charger, sent email, and a new one was sent no questions asked. The price was the least expensive and it shipped for free. Yup I'll do more shopping with these guys!

If they would have sent an invoice with the product and replied to any emails they would have got a better review

Ordered 2 batteries and charger online. Delivered in 3 days. Excellent.

The product is great. The shipping had some issues but the refunded my shipping money because of the delay

The prices were very good and competitive, however, they showed my order shipped when all they did was create a label. It was three days after the label was created that the item was actually with a common carrier on its way to me.
