The services we received in the conveyancing of our property were very professional. Dayanika, our contact solicitor, was calm, cool and collected. She behaved in a very professional manner ensuring that all the process followed smooth procedures and even when there were delays, for instance from the searches which were made, she assured us from experience that all would be well, she facilitated expediting the matter and ensuring that she followed up with information of where we were in the process and this was very helpful to us because this would be our first property purchase. We couldn't ask for better service. Thank you!

Avoid. Contacted 360Lawservices about the upcoming sale of a property, was told they would follow up in a couple of months as the property was not on the market yet.

Property marketed and buyer secured before that, contacted Jamie and left a voice mail. When no reply after a few days contacted again, only to be told they were to busy to do the conveyancing, which then left me scrambling around trying to find a back up!

Also taken over services from family solicitors Bradley's, who held documents free of charge for many years. 360lawservices now charging £40 a year for this. Do not use awful company.

The CEO. Robert Taylor put me in touch with one of his solicitors Lynsey Coleman whom I found to be 100% thorough and explained all the process work completed straight away and I was kept in the loop as to how things were going. Oh how i wished I’d used them for probate and the litigation I find myself in. Failure to complete and radio silence, appalling company, avoid like the plague.
The worst service I've ever experienced from this mob.
In writing I was advised that "Mihaela has received the funds and sending them across now" at 15.27 on a Friday afternoon.
They then failed to complete and let no-one know, leaving everyone completely up in the air the whole weekend.

Worst experience with a solicitor ever, just avoid them so you're not left out in the cold all weekend after being let down by them.

We purchased a will years ago, now we being told that to retain the will there will be a £40 a year charge. We are being held to ransom, disgusting behaviour from a law firm.
