Sean and 4 seasons were great. We moved into a flat and wanted the carpets cleaned and booked a clean. Sean came round on the day and had a a look and told us that he wouldn’t be able to get all the marks out and that we might prefer to instead to get a replacement carpet. His honesty was a breath of fresh air. We decided a replacement would be better and the clean didn’t go ahead as planned. Sean was great, giving us time and advice and space to make the decision that was right for us. We will definitely use him again as and when we need a carpet cleaned
