Beware!!! I place my order over a month ago. 2 weeks after ordering I reached out to JP asking for an update. I was told "I will let you know when I hear something from our warehouse". Week 3 I reach back out and JP got smart over an email (all caps)asking what's my phone number. Another week goes by and I hit him back up with no reply!!! 3days later I reached out to "management" I get a reply back that said Ward trucking has your order here is your BOL call them?!? Why was I not given a tracking number? Why did 4 wheel online NEVER reach out to me? I will NEVER order anything from them again! Worst experience ever.

Was very frustrated until I finally reached JP.

I had placed an order in July. By end of Sep I still had not received my order or any meaningful communication on its status despite several attempts to contact the company through both email and phone calls. In fact, the first time I tried to contact them I was told they didn't have an order under my order number despite the fact that I had the email confirmation from them for the order.

I finally was connected with JP and he was very proactive in addressing the issue. Now hope to see my order in a couple of weeks.

I have been looking for some hard to find parts for our Hare Race Honda. Although some of the parts are just not in stock anywhere, J. P. made some calls and re-contacted me with some good advice and correct time frame for availability. Great to talk to a human in these Covid times, also great to have folks like J.P. helping. I was very pleased with the service and help I received when I placed my order for 4 wheels(Ultra Gauntlet) on 8/27/20. JP and Taylor could not have been nicer to me throughout the ordering and shipping process. I received my wheels today in what I think is very quick shipping. I am happy to recommend this company!

I had a wonderful experience doing business with 4Wheel Online. The ordering process was simple and they had the best price for my package! They even called after my order was placed to ensure that everything was correct. When I found out that my wheels may take up to 2 weeks to be delivered since they were being mounted and balanced, I was kind of disappointed. The rep suggested that I could save time by having the items delivered without mount and balance so I went with that option and still got an awesome deal. I placed my order on 8/21 and had my wheels on my truck on 8/28. Everything went super smooth. Trust me when I say that you will not be disappointed doing business with these guys.

Local out of Tampa. Bought tires from 4Wheelonline.com they arrived in 3 days. Taylor recommended a place down the street where I could mount them. Got new tires mounted and everything for cheap. Next time I get tires I’m buying from 4wheelonline.

I ordered wheels from Taylor, they came damaged but he handled the situation. Got the wheels returned and shipped me a new set with no hassle. Very satisfied.

So I ordered 4 tires through 4wheel in June and after about 2 weeks from the order I received 1 tire, I called and ask where the other 3 were and they implied that this happens all the time and they should be here within a week. The other tires never came so I called after 2 weeks and asked where they were, they said that there was a back order on the tires and that I could either wait till the middle of August or get a refund. I asked for the refund and the guy claimed he would get it done for me. I called back after about 2 weeks and asked where my money was. The guy on the phone claimed the other guy I talked to about the refund was going to do and he would remind him. So here I am not after about 2 months of this and still no refund. I would never order from here unless you can afford an attorney!

I am extremely happy with my shopping experience with 4wheelonline.com. The site was easy to navigate, but I like calling in when placing a large order & working with Taylor on the phone was awesome! He was able to help me confirm that the wheels I liked fit my truck and got them to me on time, as expected. The pricing was very competitive & they even threw in a set of new lug nuts. I am already looking for another set of wheels for another truck I own and will be buying a set from 4wheelonline.com when I find the right set!

I rarely have as great of a buying experience as I did with Taylor. Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, Taylor was able to direct me to the right parts for my vehicle. When he found out there would be a delivery delay with one part, he immediately called to ensure I was ok with the delay. Simply Outstanding.

Taylor was awesome. He was patient and helpful with any questions I had. Gave me a good deal on some tires and rims I'll definitely be coming back!

Send back my order a week ago haven't seen the refund called him today and spoke to manager John within minutes John rectify the issue in my refund was issued thanks John I will do business with you guys in the future.
