I got the best price on my wheels from 4wheelonline.com , showed up on my door step faster than I thought they would.

The wheels that I ordered for my new truck didn't fit, even though all of the specs, and multiple sites said that they would. My mechanic mounted the tires while waiting for the lift kit to arrive. BAD IDEA! The wheels didn't clear the calipers, so now I owned them. Due to it being a manufacturer spec issue, the team at 4Wheelonline bent over backwards to make me happy. I ended up selling the wheels locally, and loosing 20%, but the help was above & beyond.

Excellent experience purchasing this wheels from 4wheel. They arrived in a couple days and upon viewing the Helo wheels, they were better then what I saw online. Had them mounted with falken atw3 tires and they look fantastic. Also easy to clean. I've had multiple people say how good they look and how they have completely changed the look of the truck. If you are looking for a wheel, definitely purchase from 4wheel online.

I made a purchase for a set of wheels which were listed as in stock. Several days later I received an email that stated I needed to contact them as the wheels were backordered. I telephoned them and asked what the estimated time of delivery would be and was told they did not know. I asked if they could find out and was told they would call me back the next day. I never received a response. I waited a week and telephoned again and asked the same question, I was told I was guaranteed to receive a telephone call with the information the next day ... no response again. I then emailed them asking to have my order canceled and a confirmation of the cancellation. I never received a response. It seems not only can they not properly track inventory correctly, but they are not concerned with updating customers at all or following up. Just seems like blatant disrespect.

Ordered wheels online on Fathers Day weekend. Sent 3 emails asking for shipping details of my order. Never received a call or email regarding issue with order. Never received my order. Only positive to this experience was that my Credit Card was not charged. Don't order online and expect to get a response or your order. called twice 15minutes before closing time, no answer.

Triple check what you need exactly. Their website sent me what it thought was the correct lug nut. The quality is outstanding Thread was correct but style was not. I got lugs with a recessed shank and needed lugs with a flange base. You really have to pull teeth to return any products. Trying to avoid a $206 paper weight.

I was unaware that the return manager was out on vacation and that was the reason for the delays. They worked with me very well and even offered pre paid return for my inconvenience. I will order from them again in future when the manufacturer makes the style I require. (Coming soon) on the manufacturers website

Was a bit nervous about ordering wheels online. But I am totally impressed and will do it again. I ordered them on a Monday at 10:30 pm. They arrived in perfect condition on Wednesday at 9:00 am. That's quicker than Amazon!!
