Simply exceptional!
Simply exceptional!! I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The quality is outstanding and the prices are very competitive. The customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the team at the Zurich showroom was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. Delivery was also quick and seamless. Highly recommended!!

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at 77 Diamonds! From the moment I visited their beautiful showroom, I knew I was in good hands. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional, responding to all my emails promptly and making the entire process stress-free. The speed of service was impressive, and I received my ring much faster than expected. As for the ring itself, the diamond is simply stunning and the craftsmanship is perfect. Amazing support
I placed my order a little late, but after contacting customer service, Stefana did everything she could to ensure I received the ring just in time. Unfortunately, the ring was a little too big and the engraving wasn't perfect, so I contacted customer service and made an appointment in Zurich. Lorna was very friendly and eager to solve our problem. After the size adjustment and engraving correction, we are completely satisfied. Thank you very much!

Berater sind schlecht
Das ursprüngliche Beratungsgespräch war super. Danach wurde jeder Termin schlechter. Als der Ring da war, konnte ich ihn anschauen, aber die Dokumente fehlten noch. War allerdings in Ordnung, da ich den Ring erst später abholen wollte. Die effektive Abholung war dann gut. Jedoch habe ich dann einen Termin gemacht, um den Ring anzupassen mit meiner Verlobten zusammen. Das war eine Frechheit. Berater war unsympathisch, war keine Beratung, ich musse alles selber erfragen, er gratulierte nicht mal zur Verlobung, bat uns nichts zu trinken an, bei einem Investement in einen Diamanten stelle ich mir was anderes vor!

Es freut mich sehr zu hören, dass Sie das ursprüngliche Beratungsgespräch als positiv empfunden haben und auch die Abholung des Rings gut verlaufen ist. Umso mehr bedaure ich, dass die weiteren Termine diesem ersten Eindruck nicht gerecht wurden.
Insbesondere Ihre Schilderung des Termins zur Anpassung des Rings mit Ihrer Verlobten tut mir sehr leid.
Für diese Erfahrung möchte ich mich aufrichtig bei Ihnen und Ihrer Verlobten entschuldigen. Das hätte so nicht passieren dürfen.

However, once I spoke to the support team via WhatsApp the process was very smooth. They were able to provide information and answered all of my questions very quickly. The ring got delivered within the time period given and the communication throughout the process of the ring be delivered was amazing.
