First time ordering here, ordered 3 items which arrived together. I am very happy with the quality and service and initially I was keeping 1 pair if trousers and returning another pair and a jumper because the sizing on the website wasn't on the item delivered so as advised on the webpage I ordered a replacement whilst waiting for refund for the return. After an email I then was told that the size is correct and the label size was from another store and not to worry, anyway I kept the original jumper as it was correct and returned the replacement free of charge due to the misunderstanding. I will use the online ordering again and will visit one of the stores eventually and make a day of it.

Rang the service team who were happy to swap them out and even though the other item was slightly more expensive, they were happy to send without asking for additional payment.
