I can’t speak highly enough of A&E Gas. After a boiler failure Erik visited us the same day I called and provided us with a quote for a new combi boiler installation. Good communication was maintained throughout and complete transparency with pricing and no hidden costs. A&E repaired brickwork from the old flue matching the existing colour and left no mess for us to deal with. Overall we experienced a professional, courteous team that delivered a second to none service.

We ordered a new boiler on Saturday through Heatable and booked installation for Wednesday.

Erik and 2 other staff were super friendly, efficient, clean and also had great taste in music (which we also enjoyed listening too!).

Instructions were clear on how to use the new thermostat and boiler, plus the house was clean and tidy when they left. Top work!

New combi boiler fitted yesterday. The team were professional and courteous throughout with minimum disruption to the house. Old boiler, debris and packaging all removed, so no mess left behind! Full and clear explanation of the new controls and everything on the system thoroughly tested and checked. Will be back for servicing, many thanks!

Erik and John came out to fit a new Worcester Bosch boiler.
They were polite, tidy and very professional, especially because of the difficulty of social distancing currently.
We felt very happy with the completed job, and are more than happy to recommend them.
We will be using A&E Gas Ltd for our annual boiler service, and any other gas/plumbing work that needs doing.
