Completely outstanding.
We had major problems attempting to place a 1 tonne RSJ into the roof for a loft conversion.
We called these guys and they were professional, efficient and brilliant in making it happen.

Misinformation on lead times
Misinformation on lead times, 3 days before payment and then changed to 5 days. Delays our project, best try elsewhere next time.

Thank you for your left review and apologies for delaying with our response, however it took time for us to investigate your project to come back with the results.
The outcome of your project is that our sales estimator acknowledged you that lead time after drawings approval is 4-5 working days and as they were approved on 22nd of August we sticked to it and steels we delivered within this time frame and didn't delayed project from our perspective.
One of our values is integrity and we always tell clients if our lead time increases, rather than taking their money and giving misleading information. This was attached to your original quotation email and you agreed with those terms.
However, we appreciate your feedback and this was reported in our system.
