An initial delay in the 3 to 5 day delivery period prompted a phone call to A1 Decoy who quickly came up with an explanation and a very satisfactory solution to Hik Micro's decision to recall their 18650 Lithium ion Mh Intelligent Quad Battery Charger. Subsequently 2x equivalent chargers (at no extra cost) were substituted and along with the 4 x18650 batteries were despatched that day and received by me two days later. Very pleased to have received such quick outcome and curteous service. Pleased also to have chosen a genuine company like A1 Decoy. Would definitely recommend them.

Everything i had in the past from a1 decoy has been a pleasure to deal with apart from my last order which was a replacement head for my pigeon magnet which was said would fit my lightweight magnet when it arrived it didn't fit on the motor rod so it was a waste of £19.99 i spoken to sales before and explain part i needed it's a bit of a shame to waste a £147 which i paid for it

I haven’t even custom-molded the outer pieces yet because the part that is supposed to actually block the sound is completely unusable out of the box. Decibullz claims maximum protection comes from their foam tips, but they only provide a single medium size in the box.

Because the internal stem is made of rigid, non-pliable plastic, it does not flex to match the natural curve of your ear canal. The stiff core combines with a foam tip that feels too big and rigid, constantly pushing itself right back out of my ear instead of creating a seal. I had to resort to the large silicone tips just to keep them in my ears, but those don't offer the maximum noise protection I actually bought these for. What is the point of custom-molding the outer piece if the rigid, non-moldable part doing the heavy lifting won't even stay in your ear?

Compared to brands like Loop, Decibullz falls way short out of the box. Loop earplugs provide several different sizes of tips right in the packaging so you can actually find your fit, and their 100% flexible design naturally bends with your ear instead of fighting it. Save your money and buy a product that actually values a proper fit.

I have Foo Fighters in a few days time and now have no option but to go back to using my Loops. Save your money and see an audiologist for custom fits, buy Loops or Peltor.

Ordered from A1 decoys to Ireland waiting with the last 2 weeks for delivery contacted them last week they say it would be hear Tuesday just gone and still no sign of my package wouldn’t ordered stuff off A1 again too much hassle and a massive customs charge for the stuff I ordered
