Excellent Customer Service
Had a chap pick us up in a minibus at 4am for an airport run and must point out such incredible customer service and friendly attitude at that time of the morning. Would recommend aaa2b of Horsham based on this service and will recommend to all of my friends and family. Sorry I cannot remember his name but thank you for making the start of our holiday an enjoyable one!

Terrible Customer service
I booked a taxi to pick my girlfriend up from Heathrow Airport at 7:15pm as she was due to land at 6:55pm. She was out in good time and expected the taxi to be there waiting at the agreed time however the taxi still 30 minutes away and when I called to complain the lady on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. I didn’t receive any incentives or an apology so I won’t be using the company again! Terrible customer service and would not recommend using them.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Very helpful and polite when I needed to change my booking time and the lady made sure I got the best price for my journey.
The driver who came to pick me up made the extra effort to park up and come and find me by walking 200 yards to the back field where I was sat round a fire.
Highly recommend.

I love these guys
I love these guys. Always reliable and great service. Example - tonight I was trying to book via their app (it’s easy to use...) and was making a right mess of it. They called me up, checked what I had booked was what I really wanted ( it wasn’t - my fault). They rebooked for me, confirmed by text. Lovely people
