Super rates & take perfect care of Members. I review my insurance and update my assets annually, so all information is stored in the vault. You will not find lower rates or a nicer staff anywhere.

Great customer service! I was quoted the great price for life insurance and an explanation of how everything works and why they are extremely complying their insurance! Plus Keith did a great job getting me through the application process and follow up! I wish I would have discovered this organisation some decades ago! But we had no internet available at that time so I went with what was available!

I had such a great experience Dale Hawley, I just had to do a review. With everything going on in the world, it seems customer service has taken a back seat when dealing with some companies…..but Dale is one expert who knows all about providing excellent customer service. He listened to me as I explained my current policy and my plans to make adjustments to my policy. He was very patient, professional, kind and helpful. He explained all my options, sent emails with information and returned my calls promptly. With each conversation and all of my going back and forth, Dale never rushed me or got frustrated with my inability to make a decision. His goal was clear, he wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my decision and the policy I selected. I finally made a decision and we completed the application process. He explained the next steps and I completed those steps. I was approved for the policy I wanted. But over the weekend, I changed my mind. I called Dale and left him a voice message with the changes I wanted to make. He emailed me the form that same day. I completed the form and emailed it back to him. The following day, I received a email from Dale informing me the changes had been made. He thanked me……but he is the one that deserves a big thanks!! I am grateful for Dale and the exceptional customer service he provided. It is a pleasure for me as AAFMAA member to know that Dale is a part of the team and excellent customer service does still exist. THANK YOU DALE!

I have been a member of AFM since 1970 and the service has always been superb. That was again demonstrated yesterday when I was contacted by the Members Benefits Coordinator regarding a service provided. As usual, the communication was very professional and friendly.
