I ordered a small order of spice bottles from Aaron Packaging. I use them to package special a homemade dry rub that I distribute to friends. Even though it was a small order, it came timely, Aaron billed me the agreed upon amount and the quality of the product was excellent. I am happy to know of Aaron Packaging and I will order from them again … and recommend that you visit with them about your packaging needs.

Non existent customer service for my online order. Received wrong items, and wrong number of items. No response to my queries.

I have been a customer going on w years, they truly as ssisted me in choosing proper spice bottles. I was able to get a few samples to figure and now i csn reorder simply online.

All my items did not make it in first shipment that I order l, called customer service and she said she was going to fix the problem hoping it gets fixed.

Bought a pricey iron that arrived wee packed. Not a single dent to the carton containing the iron.

While the customer service was great, it wasn’t totally helpful to as a new customer and person entering the packaging business. Also you may have what people need but the web is outside the 48 states and there is a bigger market outside then inside. I am in the US Virgin Islands and to shop with you is not cost effective when you add shipping. It’s cheap for me to buy from a foreign company and pay taxes then to buy from Most US companies. That’s not good for business.

We no longer use Aaron Packaging and do not recommend their services. Their product (6 ounce spice shakers) were continuously defective and the lids would not tighten or stay on the shaker. When we contacted the company, their excuse was they were the wrong lids for those shakers, but they were the lids that were recommended on the website specifically for those shakers. The company refused to fix the issue or refund our money. We do NOT recommend Aaron Packaging....

Everything was great. great quality product.

So grateful to find a certain type of lid for 5 gallon buckets. Can't find them anywhere. Hoping they will not discontinue.
