Excellent removal company
Abels moved my 87 year old mother when she downsized. They were all lovely people, friendly and helpful from first to last, incredibly flexible over moving dates which we kept changing owing to the unreasonable behaviour of mum’s buyers, totally reliable (responding when they said they would, turning up on time), sensitive to mum’s needs when she got confused about things, very careful, nothing was damaged, nothing was too much trouble when she asked for things to be moved around in her new house. Can’t recommend them too highly.

Great experience!
The Abels team were wonderful from the office team and their communication before and after delivery and the actual delivery team on the two days they were at our home. The delivery team were friendly, helpful, patient and tireless. It was a huge job going up and down three flights of stairs with loads of heavy boxes and furniture. But they maintained their good nature, humor and professionalism throughout.
They took great care putting boxes and furniture in the designated areas and helping to unwrap and clear away debris.
We would happily recommend them or use them again in the future.

the packing teams are great
I want to send everyone a big thank you for getting all my books, shelves and furniture to Vietnam in one piece. Well, many many pieces (items) but nothing broken, all in good order. Thanks to the packing teams especially - they guys in Nottingham, and the unpackers in Ho Chi Minh City - all great, super efficient, and fast.

Very careful and courteous service. The team were most considerate of our home and possessions, and took the time needed to unpack and position our belongings. We were impressed that we were not tired at the end of the delivery process, but instead felt 'at home' and comfortable.

From the initial visit for quotation to…
From the initial visit for quotation to the final loading of the vans, the process has been very smooth. Complicated issues like an intricate chandelier and a grand piano presented no problems and Abels managed a stressful time for us impeccably.
