Luke and Jacob replaced our faulty kitchen rap quickly and efficiently. They called ahead to let me know they were on their way, carried out the work quickly and tidied up so thoroughly you wouldn't know any work had been done.

I recently had a boiler service carried out by Sam and Jacob. They gave me plenty of notice on the day, enabling me to arrange my day better. They arrived at my home and worked thoroughly cleanly and respected my home. They found a fault, dealt with it and then immediately communicated it with me. They organised everything with my landlord but still kept me informed. Having completed a night shift before I really wanted to postpone this visit, I’m glad I didn’t.

After an upstairs bathroom leak left water on our downstairs hall floor. Able Plumbing were called. Arrived the following morning, identified the various “new build” installation faults quickly. Gave us a working solution. Sorted. We’ve used Able many times. They’re responsive, well priced and efficient. Always polite and certainly recommended

The leaking toilet was fixed timeously and quickly by Alex, including installing a valve on the inlet and replacing the inlet cistern float system.

We had a very difficult problem with a small intermittent gas leak in our property.

Able were amazing. They moved their schedules around to help us get our gas supply back on.

I found Jaime & Lewis to be very nice young men who respected my property, explained things well to me & kept me informed through the day They worked confidently & diligently through the day & I consider them to be a credit to Able

In this day and age, its hard to know who to trust but we were certainly not disappointed with the team at Able.

A big thank you to Craig for coming out on the same day I called him. We had big problems trying to fit a shower bar which leaked water when fitted. Craig sorted it out in no time. Would highly recommend using him.

We couldn’t be happier with the work carried out by Sam H and Jaime this week, they have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and took the time to explain everything they were doing along the way, which we really appreciated. They worked extremely hard all week and it was obvious how much pride they take in their work — everything was done carefully and to a really high standard.

They were also so respectful of our home. They were tidy, considerate and left everything immaculate at the end of each day.

Having people working in your home for an entire week can sometimes feel quite intrusive, but they were genuinely a pleasure to have here. We felt completely confident in them and the work they were doing.

A huge thank you to them both. We honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough — an easy five stars from us!

Able plumbing have come out to our warehouse a number of times over the years and we've always received a prompt and reliable service. More recently we have been using them a lot at our office location and some how they have managed to send us the same engineer, who I know now as Sam H. What an absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, professional, friendly, informative and focussed. If you need someone to identify the issue and deal with it as soon as possible this is your person/team.
