We recently bought a house through Aberdein Considine so we decided to use them to sell our house in order to make the process easier.

The service we were provided by Stephen and his team was second to none. From the first meeting we had with Stephen when he came out to value our property, we knew we made the right choice. We were given a valuation then left to make our decision whether to go with them or not, rather than being hounded with calls and putting pressure on us to choose them.

Once we decided to go ahead, Stephen came back out to discuss how the marketing would go and the process of getting our house on the market. Throughout the setting up process of photos, for sale signs going up etc. Stephen and his team constantly kept in touch with us and were amazing at communicating what was happening when. I was also really pleased at the quick turnaround to get the advert live so quickly after the photos etc. had been done - a lot of other places tell you it can take up to 5 working days!

We were lucky that our house was high in demand and were inundated with viewers. The team communicated well with us and listened to preferences on viewings days/times as well as keeping us updated of feedback. We already had 25 viewings booked in within a couple of days and we decided that we weren’t going to book in anymore due to some health issues going on and 2 youngs kids that we were trying to keep entertained during viewings or trying not to mess up the house! Stephen and his team were really respectful of our decision and again didn’t put any pressure on us to book in more viewings.

Overall we have had the most positive experience using Aberdein Considine and I would have no qualms of using them again and recommending them.
