My experience with AC was reassuring and friendly. The team were approachable and understanding. I was retiring and looking to move closer to town and rail links. They guided me through the whole process with patience and sound advice about the selling of my property.

We moved to AC after having almost no interest for 6 months with another selling agent. The manager at the local branch was super friendly and helpful when we first met. We had more interest and sold our property within 5 months. I did have to do a lot of follow up and chasing but that seems to be the norm with selling agents and AC were no worse. There is definitely a gap in the market to be addressed for marketing harder to sell properties in Scotland.

All of my queries, whether by email, phone or in person were answered quickly and politely.
