Does the job but be careful (i'm still owed money)
It felt like everything was going well. Called and they helped me figure out the best option. Moved in on the day and they were generally really helpful, very talkative. Even helped me change to a bigger storage unit and purchase a lock. There was a slight issue with a 'glitch' in their emails which means they missed my emails calling out being overcharged. It's now been resolved post leaving a review - thanks.

No support on the claim of double…
No support on the claim of double payment. I had to cancel my card and pay manually each month. Not a single help from your employees. Finally I had to take it with the bank who stood by the evidence. And I've been with you for 3 YEARS. Not 3 months. 3 YEARS. Anyway YUCK. I'd never using your service and I'd gladly revert anybody else for that matter.
