Never before have a dealt with a company like this. Their customer service is beyond expectations - was even made a cup of coffee while me and my son were there most of the day. I am so grateful for the support and understanding and am looking forward to using the storage facilities for the next few months. Thank you SO much - you have been amazing!

I booked online then visited site…
I booked online then visited site office to make sure everything was OK was told all I needed was photo identification, when bringing van load of stuff only to be told residency identification was too old but I had photo Identification and I had to to produce residential identification that day not very happy! Why has everything got to be so hard!!!
