***AVOID AT ALL COST - NIGHTMARE***
This company is an absolute nightmare. They claim free website migration but failed to migrate mine for 3 weeks. In the end, I gave up on them and personally had to fix the errors that their employees either didn't have the knowledge to fix or the work ethic. There absolutely wasn't 24/7 support. Not even close. The phone number doesn't work more than it does work.
Replies using the ticketing system take numerous hours or even days. After the false marketing claims and having to fix issues myself, I asked for a partial refund. They refused and closed my account with less than 24 hours notice. I didn't cuss them out, I didn't threaten them, I just asked that they honor their promises. Luckily I downloaded backup files before they unexpectedly closed everything. Now my website is down (again) and I have to waste even more time and effort figuring out how to use the files to get my site back up.
***UPDATE***
Over a month after I wrote this review, Jason Pat wrote a long and seemingly attentive response. Don't fall for it. I had emailed Jason personally on 2 occasions prior to his response here. He didn't reply to either email. The company has no interest in living up to their promises. Their only concern seems to be the appearance of credibility so they can continue the scam.

Fantastic hosting that exceeds our needs!
We use WordPress hosting from AccuWebHosting for our Cub Scout Pack website. We have had no issues with hosting features or availability and are extremely pleased with the service overall. We have yet to encounter any down time and AccuWebHosting is responsive to questions. To be honest, the hosting offering is more that we need at this time, but it's great that we have room to grow when it comes to resources and website/script options. Everybody involved with the Pack website has been very happy with the service and users have reported to issues or concerns. I highly recommend AccuWebHosting for your WordPress needs!

Accuweb employs dishonest business practices
Accuweb is complete BS.
They advertise a free for life free Wordpress hosting plan. Customer service is responsive - obviously located in an eastern European country but that is neither objectively good or bad.
What makes them not only questionable but the worst choice for free Wordpress hosting is that customer service messages you after three weeks and requests that you leave (positive) reviews on trustpilot and hostadvice.
I confronted customer service with the fact that this is not part of the contractual agreement and they informed me that Accuweb requests two 2! reviews every three months! for free hosting service customers.
Clever - other companies pay cash for fake reviews, Accuweb lures people with a fake “free” offer.
Accuweb is deliberately trying to bully customers into leaving reviews on two strategically important review websites every three months - essentially quantitatively falsifying their trustpilot and hostadvice score.
Stay away and choose an honest and earnest webhost instead. If I were a paying customer I would switch. There are alternatives at least as good service-wise but with actual good and honest business practices.
Conclusion:
Waste of time - stay away, consider switching hosts. If you’re a free plan customer and you read this - consider giving an honest review.
Crude business practices and wasting people’s precious time.
A large part of the accuweb reviews on trustpilot are likely of no real substance. Go figure why.

Servers not reliable and support takes many hours, and not communicating well
I have had a few years of experience with their ASP.NET windows shared hosting now. A few times a year they will do something to your server and your website will go down. Then you create a ticket requesting support. 2 days ago I had to wait for 12 hours for them to fix the problem. During those 12 hours there were 4 different support people "looking into it", all the while not communicating what the problem is or how far they are with fixing the problem. After 12 hours they wrote they fixed it, again no explanation whatsoever about how they broke the server in the first place. By the way, from the error I was getting it looked just like they revoked the full trust access by accident, which I told them, and should have been an extremely easy thing to fix. This happens a couple of times a year unfortunately.
The incident a few days ago was the last straw. I was actually able to migrate to a new web host (winhost.com) faster than Accuwebhosting was able to get their server running again. Just terrible.
Note that the default memory allocated the the application pool is 256 MB, this is not enough for a basic web site running on 1 ms sql database. It will regularly crash with this amount of memory. You will have to pay extra to upgrade to 512 MB.

MT5 Forex platform problems
I would not recommend accuwebhosting services to anyone. They say they are the best, but they dont care of what you risk when you deal with this company. I experienced technical problems with my Forex MT5 account. It got stuck and did not work. I could not either switched this off nor change settings the VPS EAs. I sent proves many times and communicated with techs. I lost some money and Accuweb did not even care of waht happened and named this as a lost because of my faults. However I warned them few time before that I had been starting having troubles with the VPS and MT5. At the end it just stopped working and made my funds left uncontrolled with the existing by that time setting of EAs, which I just phisically could not reach to manage. It was terrible to see how your account is unreachable and uncontrolled. Keep away from this company reg forex VPS MT5..

I am using their free hosting services from quite a long time to host my website. I never found any instance where my website is down. Their support is also prompt. Over all very happy with their services.

I have been using the free WordPress Hosting
I have been using the free WordPress hosting service for almost a year and a half with no issues. I find all the included software tools/utilities for WordPress (i.e. CPanel, WordPress Management by Softaculous, etc) very helpful in managing and securing my site. When I have used their support, I found it to be knowledgeable and responsive.
Overall, I would recommend ACCU Web Hosting.
