Always helpful
I purchased a Garmin sat nav for use in South Africa a month or two ago. Checked when it arrived that it "lit up". It'd been pre loaded with maps (thanks - for doing it!). I checked again in preparation for our trip and the battery seemed flat. I did try charging in the car but clearly not for long enough. Contact made with Active GPS and I was advised to use a Garmin charger (the model # was advised). 24 hours later, Amazon delivered, unit charged. Helpful as ever! Thank you.
