I dealt with Michael Rix, who was fantastic at explaining everything to me. He was also very friendly and approachable. He got me the best price for my policy and, thankfully, stopped me from purchasing one directly from a 3rd party, which would have been of no benefit to me.

Friendly, effective and efficient service
I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and highly effective service I experienced with Active Quote.
Max was a pleasure to deal with. He was to the point, told me exactly how long the process would take and stuck to that promise, was clear in his explanations, and found me a more comprehensive deal at a lower price (25% lower!) than the price comparison website.

I have been using this company for several years and I’ve always found them really helpful but this year I have sent two emails and a phone call where I was promised a phone call back and no one is bothering to reply to anything so I don’t know what’s happened this year!

Very Impressive! Lizzy Ware, the ActiveQuote representative, was incredibly helpful and ultra-efficient. My existing Health Insurance was due to renew but with a higher premium (despite never claiming) so called ActiveQuote as the broker and was quickly taken through the questions and supplied with a cheaper but more appropriate quote, which I accepted.Fast (the entire phone call lasted a mere 16 minutes) and painless. Great service.

I have been dealing with Mark who has been exceptionally helpful in assisting me with making the right choice for my private health. Mark has been patient and extremely knowledgeable in providing me with the information I needed. Switching health care providers, together with all the medical and technical jargon involved can, at times, be exhausting and stressful but Mark has taken the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I was fully aware and understanding of the new policy conditions. I am more than happy with the service I have received from Mark. He has been so pleasant to deal with and has not been pushy to close a deal. He has made sure I have made the right decision in my own time. I would definitely recommend Mark to friends and family should they need to speak to someone about a policy.

Brilliant guidance for a complete newcomer to health insurance
I went into this knowing nothing about private medical insurance and probably asked far too many questions! Howard couldn’t have been more patient. He took the time to explain how everything works, what actually matters and what doesn’t, and helped me feel confident in my decision. No pressure, no hard sell, just clear and honest advice. You can tell he’s been doing this a long time, he really knows his stuff. A genuinely lovely person to deal with.
