Superb service making for an easy experience!
What might have been a difficult process was made very easy, and reassuring by this company. Firstly, Billy Wilgar attended to quote, and make suggestions as to which boiler etc. He was polite and efficient.
The quote came in more expensive than some, cheaper than others, however having spoken to others, it did seem to present value in terms of the boiler cover etc., and reputation of the company.
The company is rightly proud of its reputation and clearly prepared to go the extra mile to ensure that they retain it. During the installation by the excellent Connor, Wilgar once again turned up to check how things were going. Whilst I am sure this annoys the engineer on site (!) it is a commendable demonstration of the company's keenness to ensure that all is well.
They worked efficiently and cleanly; making sure that everything was cleaned up afterwards, and that changes to the flues etc were rendered in and tidy. Really good work.
A second visit was required to finish flushing the system and cleaning, and adding inhibitor etc. Charlie was great.
The politeness and consideration of the staff I came across was exemplary.
Finally, and perhaps boringly: the paperwork. Everything is done, communication continual and excellent. All certificates and guarantees provided via email for our records.
Yes, you might find a cheaper provider. I would happily recommend Wilgar on their level of service. I am very pleased with it all.
NB they do not use subcontractors, thus they can really keep control over their quality. This is, I think, vital. I certainly anticipate suing their services in teh future.

Came out that day to resolve a problem for my elderly Mum .All sorted with no fuss and gave me feedback on the problem and solution and no bill to pay

Did what it said on the tin!
Company say they will advise the time of the engineer's call the day before he is due. This was done even though the day before the call was a bank holiday Monday. On the day the engineer advised he was on his way and arrived in the advised time slot and did the service quietly and efficiently. Excellent service all round. Thank you.

Everything was done was done . With no problems . They turned up with mats and did the job with no inconvenience to us . . So in house. Did the job successfully . And left . The toilet runs like a rolls-Royce now.
