Supplied & delivered our company wine for Christmas
Supplied & delivered our company branded wine to our customers at short notice over the Christmas period.
The wine originally quoted was out of stock so they upgraded to more expensive free of charge.
Chloe dealt with my order from point of sale to delivery of goods and kept me informed about my order at every stage.

So easy to deal with..!

Good customer service- Very bad courier service
I had 3 boxes of calendars due for delivery, only one tuned up on time, the second arrived on the 3rd, the third turned up on the 5th, half the box of items ordered was damaged so unable to even gift these to our clients.

Thank you for your review. I completely appreciate your comments, as a promotional merchandise supplier we are often at the mercy of our couriers on time-sensitive projects such as your advent calendars. We usually find DPD to be very reliable but in this case we were very much let down - as explained to you previously I experienced issues on these consignments that I have never seen before in my 8 years of working here. I really did do everything I could to try and get DPD to sort out and it is so frustrating when things fall at the last hurdle, but ultimately I understand your order is with us and the responsibility lands there.
With regards to the dates the first box was signed for Saturday 23rd November, the second on 27th November and the final box on Friday 29th November. I do understand this is less than ideal given that your order was for advent calendars but the dates you have written are incorrect and you had stated to me that you would still be OK to accept the goods if they arrived on the 29th. Your total order was for 145 and in your email you had advised that 17 were damaged so I am disappointed to now hear that in fact half of them were damaged. The advent calendars did leave our factory in a perfect state, unfortunately the damages were caused by a long journey as a result of DPD returning the goods to Germany. I had emailed you after you asked to escalate the issue, with the offer to speak to a Director or alternatively we try and come to some agreement on compensation between ourselves but I did not hear back.
With all of the above said I can see you have had 9 orders from me previously, all of which have gone smoothly so hopefully you can see that this is not our norm and give us another chance next year.
If you still wish to discuss this further then I am here to help. Many thanks again for your comments, we do take all feedback into account.

The product we ordered was exactly what we were after. The product was finished to a high standard.
The production/delivery was also very quick after being told it would be two weeks which wasn't an issue they managed to turn it around withing 4 days.
Very happy with the service i received from start to finish.

Chloe was great to deal with and prompt with samples and quotes. Invoices sent out quickly that allowed the delivery of our bespoke water bottles in a time frame we were looking for and they delivered to 11 countries our order from Canada to New Zealand and all in between.
