I had two TVs wall-mounted and cabled for Sky. AAV completed a high quality installation on time and the team were most respectful of my home having ensured floors, furniture etc were protected as they worked. The guys were very personable so overall I had an excellent experience with AAV. Highly recommended.

I have ordered a job, to setup a 75inch tv bracket. I received a phone call from the company with a quote. I have ordered this job. When I try to call the company no one pick up the phone. After many message they promised finally to coming and do the job. But they never arrived. Poor and fake company. (on the same day i order the same job from different company and interesting they have arrived)

Cannot fault the service we received today. Arrived on time, service was quick and the problem fixed. Picture quality is the best we've seen.

Bought a new telly from John Lewis to then find they didn't install the damned things out in Shropshire. Panic - telly too big for the old unit, no idea whether the wall was brick or stud or something else, wanted the install to look good but had no idea who or how to do it; chanced across AAV over in Cannock, my initial e-mail was responded to within an hour, Lee was reassuring and knowledgeable - absolutely faultless. The team knew what they were doing, came quickly, did a wonderful job - no mess at all, they had all the kit, just really nice to deal with a company that know exactly what they are doing. Happily and wholly recommended.

Lee and the lads have upgraded our home system beyond our imagination. The entertainment system was originally installed in '09 when our house was newly built, and over the years we never got the best out of our internet with the WiFi being unusable at times. The guys at AAV have allowed us to reach our maximum WiFi strength along with installing a completely new AV system utilizing our Sky package in over 10 different rooms as well as upgrading our CCTV and our in home sound system through SONOS. They also upgraded my sons room so that he could actually have a fully functional gaming set up, his room used to get no WiFi whatsoever, and the guys have installed a main WiFi point in his room so he can see the best speeds. I could not recommend these guys enough. Managing to get all this done in just over a week and a few odd days here and there to touch up on things was amazing!

Great service from Lee and the team. They have given us super fast internet through out our house by installing Starlink, and a reliable mobile signal, something we have never had before ! Would one hundred percent recommend them !

The guys were very responsive on email to my initial query, and they were able to come round the same day to provide a very competitive quote. I was really impressed with the care they took in my house and how they explained to me the approach to their work.

On the day of the work they turned up at the time they said they would and got straight to work. The job was done swiftly and again they took good care inside and outside of my house and my neighbours house where they needed to gain some access.

All the kit was tested and commissioned in a timely fashion. The lads who carried out the work were superb and have done a excellent job for me. I certainly have no issue recommending AAV.

Lee and his team have carried out several jobs at my home including outside TV system and speakers .

They installed a rack system servicing the sky TV and amplifiers with a matrix box all linked to an app .

The lads are always friendly and are very tidy , they are knowledgable and are able to deal with technical problems when they arise .

I would recommend AAV for Smart home installations .

I have used this company four times now. They fully networked our house so that each room is hardwired for high speed internet (especially useful as my wife works from home). When we had our conservatory built and associated garage conversion to a gaming room, they extended the networking to both rooms, also moving our Sky dish. When one of last years storms damaged the sky dish they came to the rescue again at short notice. First class advice & service on each occasion. Everyone in the house can now make use of our 500Gb download speed.
