I’ve had a very positive experience booking with AeroTickets, and Greg has been extremely helpful throughout the process. He kept me informed at every stage and explained everything clearly.

There was a new airline requirement relating to passport copies before tickets could be issued, and as I am currently in the process of applying for my son’s passport, Greg was able to secure our booking while allowing me to provide my son’s passport copy once it becomes available and before travel.

I really appreciated the communication, reassurance and support throughout. The booking process felt organised and straightforward, and I’ve been kept updated at every stage.

I had an amazing trip to the states without any issues at all at the airport. Frank helped me with the booking, got me involved from start to finish and was in contact till I travelled and before I returned. I was updated at every step with emails. An Agent called RAY was very exceptional and helpfull at all the times when his help was required.
RAY went to an extra mile, by managing to help us pay an affordable charge payment of £600 for 3 persons, myself, my wife and daughter, to come in the UK, one week early, before the expecting return date of the end of our family holiday in DRC ( Congo Kinshasa, due normally for the 26/08/26.
We have returned earlier, on Sun 23/08/26, 10:15 AM in the UK.

I contacted Morgan about getting a reasonable ticket to travel to Nigeria and he got me a good one with Virgin Atlantic. It was a seven-hour direct flight compared to the sixteen-hour one I took before with one stop in-between. I am very happy with the way he handled the transaction, very polite, friendly and efficient. I later discovered myself that travelling just ONE DAY earlier or later would have reduced my 16-hour stopover to only 4 hours — and likely cost less. The agent NEVER mentioned this or showed me a full comparison across dates. When paying for professional advice, you expect ALL options — prices, layover times, pros and cons — clearly presented so YOU can decide. Instead, I was shown only what they wanted me to see. Ask for EVERY option across multiple dates before agreeing to anything."
