I am considering filing a police report for assault and battery after my experience at this clinic. I went in for Botox with clear instructions from my dermatologist about the treatment I have done. Their nurse Sarah, read the notes and without my consent or knowledge gave me a completely different Botox treatment. I did not have a good reaction to this.

I filed a complaint July 2026 and after waiting in their complaint process for nearly 4 months the clinic has failed to update me or provide basic communication. The last communication I have from them was Sept 21 informing me that proper medical records were never take by Sarah which was why they are not able to deliver my full records to me. I’ve asked for an update and they just ignore the email.

They only seem to care about their reputation- not the actual safety of their clients and patients from my own experience with them.

I went to this clinic as I wanted hooded eye surgery. I was advised that an eyebrow lift would be a better option, so I trusted their advice and went ahead with the procedure. Unfortunately the procedure did not achieve the result I originally wanted or fix the issue I had gone to the clinic for. To be truthful they did then offer to carry out the original hooded eye surgery without charging me extra, which I did appreciate.
However, even after having two procedures, I am very disappointed with the results. Considering the amount of surgery I have undergone, I do not feel that the outcome reflects what I originally wanted or what I paid for.
I chose this clinic expecting to be happy with the results, but sadly I am not. In my experience, it has simply not been worth the money, and I would think very carefully before choosing this clinic if you are considering surgery.

I responded to the offer price for Morpheus 8 and also added laser resurfacing. As I had wanted to try this treatment, it was an incentive for me to do so. I explained my concerns in the initial consultation and had done some research beforehand. I understood that a second and possibly third session would yield optimal results. I had also read that normal procedure during each session is to conduct two to three 'passes' across the area. This was not my experience. I received just one 'pass' and would like to understand why? If this was a taster session at £499 then it should have been fully explained to me and it was not. After the treatment, I was advised to buy Skin Ceuticals Phyto Corrective Serum, at a cost of £91 to combat the redness as this is one of three products you only advise post treatment. However on theAftercare leaflet, it mentions to use Clinisept which can be purchased on numerous websites for around £12. My experience overall has left me feeling like it about the money. The clinic inside the Liver buildings is very impressive on first sight and very busy but my experience completely fell short of expectations. I won't be going back

They charge £750 per visit for exosomes. It’s a treatment for hair thinning. All they do is spend 2 minutes micro needling the area then using the serum on your scalp.
DO NOT USE THEM.
Whilst the results are not too bad. You can buy a kit of 6 for home use online for £350!!!
Save yourself £4000 and being pushed into paying non refundable deposits by doing your research and purchasing your own

This firm is an absolute nightmare! 😠 They lured me with a "free consultation," which turned out to be just a receptionist, demanding a hefty deposit to see a professional. They flat-out refused a refund, even though no services were rendered. They even tried to force a gag clause to silence me! 😡 Horrible business ethics. I've had to report them to trading standards. 😤

The best dentist in Liverpool by far. Stunning fit out and friendly team. Dr Rahul was really helpful. Most certainly recommend.

Had Morpheus8 treatment and look worse,guy called me to agree but I would need to pay£1000 to “rectify “ the problem, poor customer service, no support at all.

I had upper bleth in April 2025 which has left my eyes looking no different from before I had them done. I had an appointment in November 25 with Debbie who agreed and she was going to speak with the consultant. Just after Debbie had gone and so had the consultant who preformed the surgery. I've had so many appointments cancelled since then. I've seen one consultant who said i would have to pay if i wanted additional surgery and since then all my appointments have been cancelled again. I would definitely NOT recommend!

Be careful considering this clinic for treatment and book with a credit card!!!

I had booked in for the Cool-sculpting treatment and paid for this in full during my consultation.
After a couple weeks, and well within cancellation timeframe, I cancelled my treatment and requested a full refund.

This was back in April 26.

I cancelled because I was concerned about the PAH risk of this treatment. This risk was not explained to me or discussed in my consultation, which is a big red flag.

I thought this was going to be a straightforward refund having cancelled well within the appropriate timeframe.

However after not hearing from the clinic for over a week after cancellation, I called every day and was told the same thing by the reception team. I was repeatedly told the only person who can cancel and refund the treatment is manager Kelly. Which to this day I have never spoken a word to or heard from.

As lovely as the reception team were they were ultimately unhelpful, nobody would help me with my refund and this left me no choice but to put in a formal complaint, which again was never responded to.

Instead, all I received from the clinic was a NDA, a non-disclosure agreement.
The NDA stated they would give me a full refund if I agreed to not speak about this publicly.

This was the most bizarre thing I have ever received from a clinic in the UK.

This could’ve been a straightforward conversation with management and a straightforward refund.

How I have never heard from management to resolve this is beyond me, and why I was given a non-disclosure agreement to sign is also ridiculous.

Thankfully, I had paid for this using my credit card which meant I was protected under section 75. And with the help of my credit card company, I got my full amount back.

I still don’t understand why the royal liver aesthetics clinic wanted me to sign an NDA for a very simple cancellation and refund.

I’m writing this review to warn all considering this clinic for treatment, record your consultations so you can hold them accountable and consider paying with a credit card so you are protected.

My surgery was cancelled the evening before (8.30pm) due to the surgeon having an emergency. I understand these things happen but honestly the whole experience start to finish was awful. Every appointment I had up to my surgery was unreasonably delayed (well over an hour each time), and chatting to others in the waiting room this appeared to be the common experience. My surgery was rebooked for 3 weeks later but only after I contacted them daily for updates. The Appointment before my surgery was again over an hour late with feable excuses once again (we don't know how long surgery will take, it's not our fault blah blah). The day of my surgery I was booked in for 10am, my surgery didn't start til around 11.30 - it seems this clinic is in a time worm hole where absolutely nothing can run on time. I should also mention when I arrived for surgery in the morning I gave my name and what I was there for, the girl on the desk didn't even smile and say hello or anything just, 'we need to take your balance' and proceeded to hand me the card machine. I found this a mindblowing way to greet a patient who is about to have surgery, who can be assumed to be nervous and also was cancelled the first time round. It gives you an idea of what they really care about. I am now one week post surgery and was supposed to have my one week check in call this morning. Have they called me? No of course not. I wish I could say I was surprised. I cannot wait to be fully healed and discharged so I never have to deal with this place again. Honestly find somewhere else to have your treatments if you want to be treated with any type of dignity and want to keep hold of your sanity. How this place runs is beyond me and no-one seems to care or acknowledge any of this. Avoid avoid avoid.

Vaser lipo with Dr Tomasz and Katrina.

I have a small frame with pouch of fat on my stomach I've been unable to shift. I opted for vaser lipo.
I'm currently 5 weeks post surgery and my stomach is noticeably flatter already. There's still a small amount of swelling so my results will continue to improve.

Dr Tomasz and Katrina were very professional but also kind and helpful. They explained each step in detail both on the day and with follow up care.

I felt at ease throughout and am happy with the results of my surgery and my experience as a whole. Thank you :)

Warning hidden £1,000 charge!!!
I’m really disappointed with how I was treated after my surgery. While I was in the recovery room, feeling extremely vulnerable, I was told that I had to pay an extra £1,000.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I had three consultations before my surgery, during which there was plenty of opportunity to explain any changes or revised costs. None of this was mentioned until after the procedure, when I was unwell and in no position to properly question it.

At the time, I felt under a lot of pressure and didn’t feel well enough to challenge the situation. As someone who has just had surgery, I expected care and understanding, not to feel pushed into making a financial decision while unwell.

The stress of the situation caused my blood pressure to drop, and I had to stay at the clinic for over four extra hours. It was a very upsetting experience and not something I believe any patient in recovery should go through.

I held off leaving a review, hoping the company would reflect on this and make sure vulnerable patients aren’t put in the same position in the future. It has now been three months since I made a formal complaint, and there has been no progress or resolution.
