The first time i have used them very happy with the items i got

The service was exceptional. Prompt Accurate and Friendly. They have always sorted out my requirements for odd size engraving plates, done to order with odd sizes. I’m a Woodturners and do a lot of updating of sporting trophies.

Outstanding customer service, great communications and prompt delivery received. Despite my order comprising of just one award and engraving, in comparison to the usual orders of multiple awards for organisation presentations they receive, I felt like my order and customer experience was equally valued by Aford Awards. 100% recommendation!

You put the Best Bowler Award Tag with the Cricket Batsmen Trophy and the Best Batsmen Award with the Cricket Bowlers trophy. I have a picture to attach if that helps. The rest were all great.

Thank you for delivering the trophie & medals in such a timely fashion , i only have one gripe some of the plinths i had to re glue them on myself as thery had fell off or were wonkey i'm not blaming anyone as this could have happend during transit.

Communixation fanrastic as soon as the order was placed. Medals were.engraved and had a professional finish, the accents for Welsh words were also placed appropriately. Pupils were thrilled. Trophy was also outstanding. Will definitley use again. Thank you.
