Agile Training Excellence
Mel delivered a superb bespoke training programme to 17 Business Consultants who will now go on to work for some of our biggest clients in London. The group were stretched and supported in equal measure, receiving frequent individual and collective feedback throughout the programme. All of the group were extremely satisfied with the training and with how well it fostered their creativity and personal career ambitions. We can't wait to work with Mel again.

APMG Change Management Foundation and Practitioner from a Subject Matter Expert
I choose the APMG Change Management Foundation and Practitioner course with Melanie as I wanted a course to be led by a subject matter expert. And I have to admit that was an absolutely right decision!
Melanie is definitely an expert and her knowledge and expertise in change management are incredibly high. Melanie's ability to cite The Effective Change Managers Handbook is striking! Finally, for those who focus on passing the exam, you won't find a better course leader, as Melanie is a chief examiner for APMG and she definitely gives very valuable guidance on exam preparations.
I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who is searching for certification in Change management.
The course itself is extremely intense and you really need to do all pre-course reading and have an understanding of the models, so you can actively participate in conversations regarding the applications of the models.

Great training on change management
Great interactive and insightful training and especially trainer. Melanie has a lot of relevant experience to bring to life all the theory and principles. The pre-reading, course structure and learning approach used by Melanie make sure that you get to the exams feeling confident and prepared, but especially that you can apply the learnings to your real life situations. I would definitely recommend it.

Thanks for mentioning the interactivity. I think it is so important to create a team environment where we all work through different practical situations together. Lots of break out sessions, testing ideas, sharing perspectives.
An amazing 5 days of learning about…
An amazing 5 days of learning about change - with plenty of discussion in breakout groups, and time for individual quiet work which I really appreciated. Passed both exams without too much pain, but with a lot leaned. It was good to hear about all the other participants' change projects too. Thank you Melanie!

Change Management Practitioner Course
The Change Management Foundation & Practitioner course was excellent, a deep dive into all things Change-related and even though I have been a Business Change Manager for years I learned an awful lot more. The content was great the presentation was great and Melanie Franklin was a brilliant trainer, bringing it all to life and making it relevant for us - top marks all round!

I really enjoyed this training. It was very intense and fast-paced, but time flew by as Mélanie has an interesting and very personal training method. The other trainees were an impressive group, and I got a lot out of my exchanges with them as well. I passed the two certifications with no difficulty, despite having limited change management experience prior to the training.
