I placed an order with AG& SONS for customised pendant for my husband And i am really really happy with final product.
I gave them a picture of design and what i was looking for, they managed to capture very fine detail as well and the end product is just gorgeous. Also their customer
service is very good.

I cant fault the experience i have had with them. I placed the order before Christmas and even with the holidays i received the ring sooner than expected.

I was kept in the loop every step of the way so ant complain.

The only bit of advice i would give is to double check engraving options if you want it as i thought i added it but didnt, but that is a minor issue.

I purchased a Bridal Set last year and wanted an Eternity ring to match. AG & Sons made this possible creating a beautiful Amethyst and Diamond ring that sits perfectly with my set. It is just as I imagined and i could not be happier.

Excellent service, beautifully crafted ring. When the ring I ordered was too big due to my own fault, AG and Sons replaced it with a new one that fitted, within days.

My husband recently ordered an eternity ring as a birthday present for me. I was apprehensive at first about ordering jewellery online, but after some research into AG & Sons we proceeded with the order.
From start to finish we had first class service. I have arthritic fingers so my size was a bit large so they called to clarify my sizing and then the ring was delivered special delivery very promptly. I realised that my sizing was wrong and with no problems at all it was returned and resized and at no extra cost. My corresponding emails to & from the team were quick, efficient and professional. Such a great company & would recommend to everyone to use their service. Less not forget that the jewellery they make is outstanding and beautifull. Thank you AG & Sons. Now to think what else I can buy from you :)

Very very good service. The website shows the rings in great detail and the ability to customise them is extensive. I bought two matching rings, both beautiful and they arrived super fast too.

Buying a diamond ring online was a concern, but the site was clear and easy to use and I was kept up to date with the progress of my order. Very satisfied.

Absolutely love my beautiful tanzanite and diamond heart ring. It was a wonderful surprise Christmas present from my husband. It is so sparkly and the colour of the tanzanite is amazing.
The presentation box, certificate and insurance valuation made it even more special.
Love wearing my lovely ring and have received lots of compliments.
