Agriframes Avis 

I do regret not checking on this company first before buying. Bought 2 covers and only one cover was sent. I quickly took a couple of photos and messaged the company through the contact. I've also decided to return the other cover as it was unsuitable. I followed up with a phone call and the sales person told me I could send the other cover back to get the refund of my entire order. I sent it back the next day via first class Royal Mail. It's been a month now and after several phone calls and emails with attached photos and proof of return, it appears that the warehouse still has not located my parcel! And I've still not been refunded for the other cover which was never delivered. I really hope to get my money back.

The worse packaging ever. Took me an hour to get into the plastic wrapped around the rusted iron hoops. Covered in rust and had to use knives and scissors. Surely the packaging could be reviewed.

Ordered an aluminum walk-in fruit cage.
I should have realised that when they took over 2 days to answer a pre-sales enquiry things were going to go wrong.
Delivery was painfully slow.
The images online flatter the end product which is extremely basic and not worth the high price.
Once you eventually work out how to put it together (as the badly worded and even worse printed-out instructions are worse than useless) it is not the most stable structure.
The door catches are worse than useless and have been discarded.
I contacted customer service for advice about the instructions and installation, they replied and quoted the instructions I already had, but took nearly 2 days to do so.
Overall, the fruitcage is overpriced, and the customer service is painfully slow.
I DO NOT recommend agiframes for their products and definitely not the customer service.
My advice, shop elsewhere!

Can’t fault their customer service. Was reluctant to buy from them reading these reviews spent £2500 on pergolas for my garden and they were to notch. One of the poles was bent delivered replacement next day no quibbles. Initially thought bit expensive but well designed. The holes had to be dug because my ground is sand and gravel and is slightly wider than 1.8m but took it all in my stride. Never seen so much packaging and was a longer job than I thought but looks great in my garden and can’t wait for my roses to grow. I sprayed wax oil in the inside of the tubes to increase life span. Actually can’t believe some of the comments. Well done guys

This company basically has no customer service or they even email back, say they will sort out return (17th May), but never does or comes back with actual details... Luckily this is not normal for UK companies. I thought they were obliged to take returns? Obviously not these guys. Will never again dare to pay this company. A mess up.

Ordered product on 4th June, wasn't informed that the colour I had chosen of the product was not in stock, so waited for it to arrive. After contacting them, I was told that the product was being despatched on 16th, but it never arrived. I emailed to say it still hadnt arrived by the 19th and they said there was a stock issue and would I want a different colour instead, this could have been resolved shortly after I placed my order. I find the communication has been very substandard and I would have appreciated the truth so I would not buy from this company again.

Delivered on time as quoted. However the quality of the product was very poor for the price paid. Spent nearly £300 on a metal archway and it's no better than a £50 B&M jobbie. Thin wall metal tubes, joints held together by rubber sleeving, impossible to assemble square, and it won't survive the first storm is so damn flimsy. No consigned to the scrap bin in work as I can't face looking at such a poor quality item every time i walk through the garden. Very disappointed.

I was invited to review this company by Agriframes but they have not put my review on their website so will review here (only nice reviews are on their website which is probably why there are so many negative ones on Trustpilot). Bad optics for this company.
I paid over fifteen pounds for next day delivery for an obelisk. The delivery company used by Agriframes are not able to give even an am or pm delivery time so you have to wait in all day (not acceptable given that every other company can do this). You can’t track your order either. Having waited in all day, my obelisk did not arrive. I phoned the following morning and spoke to a rather argumentative customer service lady who did not think it necessary to just apologise and resolve the problem but began bickering and telling me the delivery company are very good when quite clearly they are not!
Rule no. 1- don’t bicker with customers particularly when you haven’t fulfilled your obligations. I was told the company despatched the item on time but any company is only as good as the delivery service it uses.
I had to phone again as didn’t get a call back and was told the van had “broken down” but nobody had bothered to let customers know, who were waiting in.
The same lady also said I could have phoned and asked for an approximate delivery time but this option was not in any emails regarding delivery so how would I know to do that?
When it eventually arrived, I have no complaints about the product but feel my feedback regarding unreliable delivery has fallen on deaf ears. At my request, it was not offered, my delivery charge was refunded.

Terrible service😡

Ordered an item on Tuesday for next day delivery. Chased on Thursday to find out that the item had not yet been dispatched and was promised an update later that day. Received no update so chased again on Friday and was assured my order would arrive the following day. Still not arrived. Pure lies. 😡

I ordered 9 items from Agriframes. 4 delivered first of all. Despite pick list showing 9 items and my order showing online as 'fulfilled'. Contacted company who replied promptly saying it was their mistake (at warehouse). Second delivery followed quickly but still had 3 items missing.
I really hope Agriframes can get this right a third time.
Its worth mentioning it looks as if the fulfillment/warehouse is called 'Khaos Control'.(name on pick list).
Says it all really.

I have been a Agriframes customer for many years. My 25 year old Agriframe rose arch collapsed in the wind and had a large established and frankly heavy rose rambling through it. This was a catastrophe not least because I had to go down on my hands and knees to try to clamber though it. I have always sworn by Agriframes, their products are excellent...after all ANY arch that has lasted that long is exceptional.
The support I had from Angela and the rest of the team was brilliant and by Saturday a new arch had been delivered. I am buying some more items from Agriframes next Spring. I already have a rose bower, wall trellises, two arches and garden supports. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Bought the runner bean frame. This item is superb quality. You can tell it will last for many many years. Arrived incredibly quickly and all items present & correct.

I have to say, I did read the Trust pilot reviews and feel they are a little unfair. This company must dispatch thousands of items and I am guessing these reviews only represent a tiny fraction of their customer base.

I do rely on Trust Pilot and you can normally get a gut feel for when there are genuine issues with a company. I just didn’t get that reading the reviews for this company so I ordered anyway and I’m very pleased I did. I am more than happy with the whole service & product.

The superior fruit cage in matt black looks good and fades into the background. Assembly is easy and can be done single handed. The instructions are poor, especially for the door assembly but is you lay the parts out it becomes obvious how it goes together. One upright was missing but with a phone call one was delivered from Bristol to Stirling in less than 24 hours. Excellent product and service

I ordered 3 small items worth less than £25 & paid £8.95 for standard postage within 3-5 days. That was over a week ago & I still have had no message to say that it has even been dispatched. I contacted Customer Services 2 days ago to try to track down my order & was told that this was with the warehouse & might be dispatched same day, but no promises. At best the response was disinterested & non-commital. Considering the cost of postage (more than some other companies charge for next day delivery) this is totally unacceptable & Utterly Useless. I still don’t know when I’ll get my order!! I will never order from this company again & would never recommend them. Avoid them at all costs

Ordered a couple of obelisks. Arrived beautifully packaged two weeks later - I'm delighted with them. Gorgeous colour, well made and substantial

Ordered an item on 28th June, (the site said pre-order for delivery early August). Then got an email saying there was a delay and the item wouldn't be sent out until the 28th August. Messaged the company on the 27th August asking if the item was still going to be sent out (because I hadn't heard anything else from them) and had to wait approx 15 minutes for each response. I then decided to call and was advised that the item was due to be in stock from 27th August but they have had a further delay and would 'likely' be the following week. Asked for a refund and was advised that the refund would take approximately 7-10 working days. Not happy at all.

Good product once I eventually got all the parts for my Classic Arch. Unfortunately the dispatch process is really poor. I got sent the wrong parts for my classic arch 3 times. Each time I complained I got sent another wrong package.Finally in the fourth package I was sent the right things. On the plus side the Customer Services contact George was very polite, but the repeat errors made the purchase very stressful.

This my 2nd attempt to get my positive review published Trust Pilot!!
I was kept waiting longer than I expected but it turned out that it was a problem with the courier company who were 6 days over due.
My new Obelisk is exactly as described and very good quality
NOT a scam company
