Very bad service in case of problem. Cheap & acceptable items, you just get what you pay for
**About the service**
The seller gave me a misleading advice on choosing the return air plenum and I had to buy another one.
For this second purchase, Airconplenum did not give me any discount price and I had to pay twice the shipping cost (35£).
Moreover, when I sent back (at my own expense) the wrong item for refund, I used the address that was on the invoice and this address was obsolete. and the seller did not give me any assistance with the carrier.
**About the plenums**
The inlet air plenum, although designed specifically for the ducted Daiking FBA-35, is too loose. Therefore the screws provided by Daikin were not long enough and without appropriate use of special adhesive tapes I would have got unacceptable air leaks.
The return air plenum has right dimensions but the use of adhesive tapes to avoid leaks is recommended.
The plastic is a bit too thin with regards to the pipes dimensions.
**Conclusion**
The plenums and the service are not at professional grade.
If you are an individual, and ready to spent the extra time needed for fixing these plenums and if you assume everything will be ok, go ahead.
If you are a professional installing ducted systems for your customers, you should procure the plenums elsewhere.

Behind most poor reviews there will usually be a story and this one is no exception.
Without being asked for any advice, we received an order via the website for plenum boxes to suit Daikin FDXM air conditioners. After we delivered, it was discovered that the Daikin models being fitted were in fact the FBA fan coils which are a different physical size. The only advice we can give, and we hope that this is not misleading - "buy the correct plenum boxes for the units you are fitting."
We were then asked to send out a plenum box which was not a return air for an FBA unit but one of our standard supply air boxes and agreed to take back the products that had been ordered in error. When we confirmed this we gave a specific address as to where the plenum boxes should be returned as we were in the process of moving away from our address shown on the invoice. This request was ignored and and so the retuned items were dropped at an empty building and have now been lost.
Yes, unless we resolved the problem created by other people making a series of errors we were threatened with a bad review which you can read above. All we can say is that if you are a competent professional installer then carry on using our products but if you don't know what you are doing then perhaps our product just isn't for you.
