product advertised as in stock, not real status
product advertised as in stock then no update for many days instead of shipment reception.
I can understand it was during an extreme peak season, unfortunately when researching availability of some product across whole country and someone state it is available I would expect it be available in own stock not somewhere on unknown place for another week or so...
I think you deserve 1 extra star from 3-4 for your reply

Hi Tomas,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your honest review and sincerely apologise for the delay with your order.
You make a great point: when searching nationwide, you should be able to rely on clear delivery expectations and accurate stock status. Like many in our industry, we have been struggling to get stock in recently and are often at the mercy of our suppliers' timelines. However, we know that being completely transparent with you is what matters most.
We are currently working on website updates to make our stock availability much more transparent and to display clearer estimated delivery times upfront.

Good advice, the right part
I bought and fitted an electriq split air con. I needed a service valve and the usual one didn’t fit. After some time spent trying to work out what to buy I found Airconspares and called them, was referred to their supplier Mastercool who came back within half an hour with the part number I needed. A few days later the service valve arrived and fitted and we have a working unit. We live in a world with so much availability but even more inaccurate information. Even the AI told me the wrong part. Such a relief to find a firm who know what they are talking about.
