Just use uber
Was 25 mins late then refused to stop at 2 locations literally on the way without charging an extra 50%. Really no point using these guys just get an uber it’s same price and so much easier.

Disgusted this company could 'fine' me £20 because cab booked for 1pm from st marys paddington to hemel because I was being discharged, unfortunately doctors changed their minds and my daughter had to cancel ,driver alleged he was waiting 11/2 hours ??
Who asked him to?
Cab was booked at 1pm and cancelled at 1.05pm
£20 is taking advantage of vulnerable people in in difficult situations...

Booked a 6 seater taxi from Heathrow
It snowed in London and our plans got changed just before our plane took off. Their customer service was calm, reassuring and excellent. I spoke to 3 different people on 3 calls and all were helpful and kind. Our driver was very helpful too and the price lower than others. Genuinely thought this weekend with snow in London would be when everything went wrong but they did their job excellently!

Booked through AirportBee and a perfect experience. Got a confirmation text and email after booking online. Received a text 25 mins before pickup that driver was enroute and he was spot on for pick up time (maybe even 2 mins early). Chose to pay the driver cash as our first time using the service and paid the price advertised at booking. A cheap, fast and stress free way of getting to Luton airport.

Reliable service. On time and efficient. We paid online so no surprises on price. It was really best option for 7 people travelling to Stanstead and from Luton.
