Excellent Professional Service
Excellent professional service. I imported my pet dog from the Philippines which was not a easy task but with the support from Sarah at Airsupply Shipping it was invaluable getting all the paperwork organized.
I would recomend Airsupply Shipping to anybody who will be importing or exporting there animals to or from the UK.

We have been making use of Airsupply for imports from South African to the UK and exports from the UK to South Africa.

Falcons from the U.A.E.
I would like to thank Sarah very much for the excellent service given in attending to the formalities for the 2 falcons which arrived at Heathrow Airport last Saturday from the U.A.E. The speedy clearance and release of the birds assisted me greatly in getting them to their destination without delay.
Ian, Sarah and the team have always attended to my export and import shipments of live animals at Heathrow Airport in a thoroughly professional manner and long may it continue.

shipping Dogs to USA and Barbados
We have used Airsupply a lot to move dogs to the USA and further afield and every time we have found them to be friendly, very professional and always willing to give help & advice. There first priority is always been the Dogs welfare. I would highly recommend Airsupply to anyone looking a high level of service and care.

As another pet shipper located in the USA/ NYC area, I have known and worked with Airsupply over many years. Always helpful and on the ball, knowing what can be done and what can't. I often give out their name and number to prospective clients in the UK, and will use their services for clearances and imports. Always a pleasure working with Ian and his team!

Warm, attentive and professional service from a great team.
I needed to have my beloved pet python sent to Canada as I was moving there and had found myself in a pretty stressful situation. I had called every single company on the IPATA list for a quote and all the numbers I was getting back were very expensive until I contacted Airsupply. Their quote knocked £250 off my best offer at that point and from the moment I spoke to them I could hear that they were invested in making it happen for me.
I dealt with Sarah and Ian who were both incredibly attentive and helpful (when Air Canada canceled the flight for the snake, Ian took him home and cared for him until the next flight as I couldn't be around). They both worked hard to fit in my difficult requests and kept me informed and updated all the way to me collecting him in Canada.
I collected him in a container that was perfect for his needs and when I took him out of the box there were no signs of stress anywhere to be seen (I think he probably had a better flight than I did...).
I can't recommend Airsupply enough, they went the extra mile when I needed it the most. Thanks to the whole team that assisted with this!
