Wonderful service by Volney at the hayes store. We came atleast 4 times couldn't at the store previously,Unable to make the choices or decisions. Volney was very helpful and we manage to finalize.
Worst shopper to buy tile from. Staff is unsupportive. Initially they make fake commitments and when you ask for replacement for their broken tile to which they denied. Just 1 tile in the whole slot t... Voir plus

They measure for you sell you too much…
They measure for you sell you too much tell you that you can take any excess back. Sounds great until you try to do it. Told me I could take back when builder finished. Didn’t get a proper receipt as systems down now will not take back staff so rude when you go back. Customer service is a joke an answer machine that you cannot leave any message as mail box is full says it all. E-mailed to eventually get a reply saying shop called so will not be dealing with you. What a load of 💩. Never use them again

For context, it’s standard in the tile industry to allow for around 10% extra (wastage) when measuring for a job — this helps cover cuts, breakages, or future repairs. If you didn’t want to include that allowance, we could have adjusted the order at the time.
Regarding the return: tiles can only be accepted back within our returns window, and a receipt is required — our team should have made this clear. If you’d like us to check your order again, please email customerservice@al-murad.co.uk
with your name, store, and date of purchase, and we’ll do our best to help.
We’ll also raise your feedback internally, as rude behaviour and lack of communication aren’t acceptable and will be reviewed.

Bought over £1000 worth of tiles from here and now refuse to take back one box of tiles
We were let down by the tiler who is a regular customer of Al - Murad so missed the thirty day return window
I sent email to them on 06/10/25 never replied today 14/1025 I rang them to find out why my email was not replied to never gave me an answer just stated thirty day clause I did explain we were pensioners and could not afford to loose money like this
His reply was not is problem I will never use or recommend this company ever
Well Al-murad have replied to my feedback telling me to ring this number 0113 322 8075. it does not get answered but goes to voicemail but the voice mail box is full LOL great customer service not
Also sent email address for me to send my original email which never got answered last time so what is the chances of it being read and answered this time ?????

Excellent Customer Service
We don't normally bother with leaving reviews online. But for the last couple of years we have been buying tiles from Al-Murad in North Watford and we cannot fault the professionalism and excellent customer service. The staff are what make a business stand or fall and Hassan and Suven are always patient and helpful with suggestions for what will work best for a project. Prices are very reasonable compared with other better known companies. Only downside is we should have left a glowing review sooner.

Al Murad in Scunthorpe provided me with the best service possible when ordering Tiles and all the other peripheral supplies needed and gave me a very decent discount too.All the Staff are friendly , helpful and obliging but there is zero pressure and the entire experience was totally chilled.Also have to say that before I discovered Al Murad I had already visited all the high street tile companies and have to say that AM have by far the greatest selection and choice under one roof compared with all their competitors.Many Thanks indeed.

Great customer service from Suven
We purchased bathroom tiles, grout and trim from Suven in the Watford branch. He remembered us from a few years ago and provided fantastic help and advice on both occasions. He is really good with all of his customers. We will always go back to Suven at Al-Murad for any future jobs.

Bracknell shop review
Have been into the Bracknell shop on several occasions to choose tiles etc. Have now placed orders and have had amazing customer service! The guys have been polite, knowledgeable and humorous! Would definitely recommend!
