I purchased my blinds from Alams beautiful blinds last year and love them that much I have decided to use the company again for my new property. The fabric is amazing quality and their Roman blinds really make for a statement piece in your home. The customer service was 5*, all staff members I had contact with were very helpful. Very reliable company, had 3 quotes from other blind companies and at the end Alams beautiful blinds came and managed to beat all the other prices, and also managed to work around my strange bay window. Young chap turned up early and done a great job! Will be using again once my extension is done in summer 👍

Booked for someone to come measure my windows for blinds between 5-7pm to then have the person who would be coming to measure ring me and say can you be home earlier i need you to be i can not be there for the time you have booked.

I replied no sorry i work until 5 for him then to put the phone down

He then text me with the following “Wen u r there early possibly ring me”

Which is disgusting customer service before they even got to our house avoid at all costs

Unprofessional from start to finish. The salesman said the price he quoted was only for that day. My husband was out and I felt quite intimidated into ordering. I'd called them after receiving a leaflet stating conservatory blinds for £199.00. My quote was £850.00! I said I couldn't afford that much and he brought the price down to £550.00 instantly. He insisted I paid a £100 deposit there and then....I paid it as I felt under so much pressure!!! When my husband came back I told him what had happened. We decided to cancel the order. We called them 1 hour after the salesmans visit and they said it was too late as the order was already being made....the date for fitting they gave us wasnt for 3 weeks! When they came to fit them the man spoke very little English and the colour and pattern of the blinds definitely wasnt what I'd chosen but the fitter said he didn't understand what I was saying! Funny how he was able to convey that though! In summary I'll never use this company again! Also if your easily intimidated like me, have somebody else there so they dont pressure you into making a decision you'll end up regretting because based on my experience you definitely will!

Fitted blinds in my house priced over £600 and charged half price
They measured 2 out of the 4 blinds short and made one rail short
Its been over 2 weeks and still not sorted keep passing from.one person to another then the managers refuse to speak to you

This company came to provide a quote to my elderly parents. To say they were unprofessional is an understatement. My parents called me as they felt unsafe and I heard everything. The pressure selling was scary, would not provide a written quote?? Pressuring them to hand over their cash. I even heard the man tell them not to listen to their daughters! Absolutely shocking. My parents have been left very distressed by the whole experience

Had roller blinds fitted at my elderly parents just took them down to decorate as per installer’s instructions when he fitted them but they will not go back up
Rang and was told no longer under warranty as they have been took down
Was NOT told this when they installed them
Why give instructions on how to take down
When rang was not helpful told if someone came they would charge
Paid over £600 pounds to be told this shocking
Do not use this company if you are going to take down to decorate
Have used them in several properties but will not be using them again

Sales person called. Surprised us with a quote of £750 for two kitchen blinds. Considered it excessive and already he was brining it down to £500 (retail). Obviously a ball park figure as it only took him 2 minutes to work it out with no demonstration of the figures given to us. Eventually gave a agreed number of £480 which was not realistic but we needed these asap. Beware of big numbers reduced quickly! Fitting was delayed a week so we missed our deadline. Felt we were over charged and hurried to buy. Advice is never let a sales quick start into your home! We will never use these again as our one previous experience was excellent and valued.
