Purchased a Milwaukee Li Ion drill driver, arrived fast and nice product.
Local supplier wanted more for the same product without the 2 batteries

Ordered a Makita leaf blower, which arrived really quickly and was well packaged. I would definitely use again.

Bought the drill as a workmate recommended it I am really impressed by how quick it turned up and will be buying from you again in future

Fast comunication Fast tracked delivery

Communication excellent throughout the whole process and allowed me to choose my delivery date for free. :)

From the moment I placed my order for a panasonic drill which I could not find cheaper anywhere on the net, Alan wadkins service was superb, the email contacts to let me know every stage of purchase to delivery which was lightning fast was top notch .... I will use them again in future and would recommend them to anybody well done Alan wadkins this is how business should be done 6 stars ,..........

Product was great and dispatched promptly. However box arrived with a large puncture in it, and was delivered early, dropped outside the building and the signature was fabricated by courier.

Unlike other companies that describe the items in stock just to take your money and then no goods arrive because they have no stock and keep you waiting for weeks with the same excuse.
Alan Wadkins. was on the ball I made the order on line and the item arrived on the next day.
WELL DONE.
Thank You.

The best. Great price and they even let me know the hour of delivery. Makes shopping a pleasure. I will always look on their website first. P. A.

I have bought from a number of internet tool companies over recent years, but when I needed a new impact driver the Alan Wadkins website caught my eye. I was not disappointed. The provision of an effective next day service indicates a company that cares about serving their customers well and the item arrived well-packed. A particular bonus was the provision of a copy of the owner's manual which you don't always get with barebones tools.

The web site has a large selection of tooling available, and was easy to find the equipment which was right for my need. The prices were very competitive and with the savings I made, I have plans to purchase further equipment from this trader. The equipment I ordered was well packed, delivered quickly and is free over a specified price level - what more could you want.
BRILLIANT !!!!

I found the store online and they had the best price so I ordered and the next day it was delivered.

Great service.

Wonderful service - i bought a chainsaw which had a fault- the next day a replacement arrived. Well done for the independent firms!!

Spending lots of money with these folk is very easy...quick site and easy to navigate, oh and keen prices. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.

Bought Bosch GST90BE Pendulum Action jigsaw + 25 blades 240v.
It was the lowest price that I could find, the machine cuts really smooth; has bags of power and is easy to use.
For the price I expected a higher quality base-plate, the one supplied is black paint; looks cheap to me and soured the deal somewhat.
I have not complained to A Wadkins and would buy from them again

One day delivery, and several emails with update from the time you purchase the item to the exact time of delivery. That is excellent service, the product was delivered well packed and in full working order.

I have purchased a few ' large' bench top tools on line from various companies. I can say with hand on heart this on-line purchase from Alan Wadkins LTD is one of the best ever. It was very quick and the price for the item was very very competitive. I would gladly deal with them again when my next purchase of a 'large' DIY power tool is required. Many thanks to the staff at Alan Wadkins LTD for their excellent service
