I loved how they kept me updated with every single stage they were doing. It was nice to be kept informed. It helped my time missing my fur baby a bit easier. I couldn’t ask for a better service and I loved how my pendant arrived in a lovely package. The box was beautiful. Everything was beautiful. Received my ring containing my beloved dog's ashes earlier this year. It is absolutely beautiful. It is heavy and very good quality. Im so pleased with it. The ring came in a lovely gift box and packaging. I would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic experience
An incredibly easy process, I was kept updated throughout my ring being made and it has turned out beautifully and I’m so happy with it! I ordered mine through the funeral directors and the lady said Ryan at Alba Rose is absolutely fantastic, always offering 10/10 customer service. I can definitely recommend ordering through this lovely business.
