Complete and utter rubbish. The company, the service, the product. Had the same experiences as other reviewers. Waited 4 weeks for a partial refund, threatened reporting to BBC watchdog..refund appeared within 24 hours. The product (shirt ? No) is now residing in my car cleaning materials bucket. DO NOT USE THEM

Awful quality - tried to return for full refund. Told had to return to China!! Offered 15% refund and keep product!
They told me they hadn't a place to return shirt to in England despite indicating on website that they are a shop based in London. Don't touch this company. No refund received.

Similar experience to other reviews. Only one mat arrived. Poor tracking info. Would not use again.

Absolutely disgusting quality, my husband bought 2 shirts, they were nothing like they were described, I emailed them and they said I could return them, but to China? Or they would give me a measly 15% back, obviously I’m not sending them back to China, but still waiting for the so called 15% back! I know I won’t get it though! They are an absolute con, beware!

Goods were nothing like their advert.

Contents, a mat was folded in 4 and never flattened out. Awful quality, they said it wasn't faulty and now they won't answer emails and tell you if you keep sending emails without them replying, they will put you at bottom of pile - definitely not fit for purpose, very expensive for quality and terrible company to deal with. Still waiting for response after 6th request. All the reviews are the same, its no wonder it has a 1* rating. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Avoid like the Plague.

My husband ordered five shirts, one long sleeve and four short sleeved shirts.

They are NOT as described
They are badly made, material is more like a working uniform material. The colours are one dimensional not washed cotton.

Despite stating they are a London based company these are do badly made and dispatched from China.

On the website it was stated that they would be dispatched within five to seven days. On this premise, shirts ordered in good time for holiday.
As holiday got closer the shirts were nowhere to be seen. Contacted company as concerned about delays, we were reassured they are all on the way in one batch...they arrived in two batches. Unsatisfactory.

I cannot emphasise enough. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered online. The shirts looked lovely, textured fabric. Thought I was ordering from a UK firm. Took weeks for the shirts to arrive and they were the cheapest shite shirts ever, screen printed nylon, zero texture as shown online. They then argued about the returns process saying I have to pay the postage though UK Distance Selling regulations say they have to if the goods aren’t as described. Now having to take it up with my credit card company to claim it back. Oh, all the support emails are from China and the return address is in China.

Thank goodness for trust pilot,saved my money and health,not anymore it has caused me a terrible amount of stress ,it keeps flagging up my reviews and caceling them ,after 40 years dont they look at thre own site ,discraful the e mails I get and even though I have unsubcribed they still manage to send me an 87 year old house bound lady horrid e mails, can I take them for harassment. And for false saying my person

Don't buy from this company they are conning people. I bought a jacket decribed as leather materia for £47, received item and it wasn't leather material just cheap polyester and elastane worth no more than £5. I am in the process of requesting a refund

DO NOT ORDER. I thought I was buying a high end designer door mat for £72 what I received was embarrassing. Item came from China, I have since found the same one for £4 on a well known Chinese website. They were not forthcoming with a refund, I had to refer them back to their terms and conditions and even then, they tried to offer me a 40% refund. I had to settle for a 70% refund in the end as the cost to return to China would have been on me.
I wish I could post pictures here to show you the mess I received.

Do not buy ANYTHING from this company. I bought a sweater from them, wrong size, wrong colour, wrong material. Return and refund? Send to China ! £34 someone has said on here the postal charges or they’ll refund me 15%.
I saw this on Facebook, I will NEVER buy anything from there again.

This is clearly a Chinese company the tracking info showed 4 stops in China before flying to UK. It took 16 days with no explanation as to what was going on. Then quality is awful , thin material, incredibly creased and no manufacturer labels. Was not worth sending back I would never get refund

I thought i was ordering from a UK company. Turns out goods are shipped from what i suspect is China?
I do not support trade from the far east and had i known would not have ordered.
ordered 28th April, still not recieved and now i know origin do not want it.
Will be returning for a full refund if it ever arrives!
Shocking and blatent misrepresentation

We purchased bath mats. They arrived but are very low quality; thin and cheaply made. Beyond that, they are clearly shipped direct from a warehouse in Asia, not from England, as prominently indicated on their website.

The returns process starts with a form, but then progresses as an email conversation with someone trying to convince you to take a steep discount “This way, you won’t incur any return shipping costs and it saves you time and effort.”

At best, this is a huge burden and inconvenience for you, the consumer, unless you know you’ll be happy with overpaying for cheap goods. At worst, it appears like a drop shipping outfit disguised like a high end English business.

Use this company at your peril...
This company uses all delaying tactics possible to deny the customer, their right to a return/refund.
Do not use this company. There is no contact, long periods of no communication and time wasting 'games' played in requesting photos, more information etc. The products are cheap and nasty and not as advertised.

Website looks fabulous with glossy professional photos….promises of an A1 shopping experience, with speedy delivery….clearing old stock. Speedy delivery via Royal Mail.
In reality goods are not that great in the flesh…..shipped from China.
If you want to return you have to pay to ship back to China…..or as a goodwill gesture they will offer a 15% discount on your purchase price.

Caveat Emptor"……..I would never buy from them again.
