Awful experience! Ordered two items and wanted to send the back but had no reply to my emails for 2 weeks. Have eventually been told that they dont accept returns, which is not clear at all on their website and is absolutely not legal under distance selling regulations. They have since stopped responding to me!

such amazing quality underwear that i feel good about wearing! I was concerned that the bras were not going to be suitable for a fuller bust but they're much more supportive than i expected and so incredibly soft!!! definitely recommend

So besides it taking months to deliver (which was okay because there was good communication) I was a bit disappointed with the quality. It’s cute and super comfortable so I started wearing it to bed when it arrived and after just a month of use (not working out in and only hand washing and air drying) I had multiple holes in both the outer and inner layer of fabric and at this point (a few months after) there’s elastic threads sticking out of the waste-band. I’ve been properly taking care of it but now don’t feel like I can wear it without risking any more damage which shouldn’t happen. Overall it’s not worth the money because you shouldn’t have to buy a new one or get a replacement in this short of time which is a shame because I really liked it but otherwise the bra held up so that would get a 5/5

I wasn’t going to leave a bad review but I’ve sent two emails and a Instagram message & had no reply!
Ordered their purple briefs and after one wear I found a hole in the seams. I contacted their email immediately and received no reply. I have since found a second hole in a different seam so I sent a second email. No reply. No reply to an Instagram message either. It’s been two weeks and nothing.

I am really disappointed in their customer service as I have bought several items from Alexander Clementine and always been happy (I’ve even written two glowing reviews). At £30+ a pair I’d expect better workmanship or at least better customer service when there’s a problem.

Modern, soft and comfortable. I love this lingerie set. It’s simple and attractive and arrived in fully recyclable packaging.

After having shingles I was left with nerve damage that made wearing bras painful. These bras are so soft and comfortable that I can wear one all day without pain. They're also stylish and supportive (I'm a C cup). They've genuinely improved my quality of life. I can't rate them highly enough.

Incredibly soft and comfortable!! So pleased with the items. Only issues – would love a wider array of sizes, namely larger ones. Also didnt expect the white tank top to be so see-through. Overall lovely items though.

I got sucked in by a targeted ad on Instagram but I’m so glad I did! I bought 2 triangle bra’s, black and pink.

They arrived swiftly in the post. The packaging was lovely and a great touch with a hand written card.

My old well known uk high street brand underwear had seen better days , it was time for a refresh.

I fell in love with the design of the Alexander Clementine Bra style I had been looking for. Wireless unpadded bra for a long time. So I pre ordered two bra and thong sets. One in black and one in the limited edition yellow ( my favourite colour)

The sets arrived on time in fully recyclable packaging, with a seed encrusted thank you note which are both lovey touches.

Firstly the bras are so comfortable and extremely soft , as a smaller chested women they give me a
Comfortable amount of lift without any painful digging in no underwire, no clasp digging into your spine constantly ! … in the words of Ned Flanders ‘It feels like I’m wearing nothing at all.

The thongs are also of the same quality very soft, lovey thick waistband that doesn’t dig in to my hips constantly or roll up and get twisted.

I adore this company and what they are trying to achieve. My constructive criticism is that I did experience some slight discomfort/ irritation from the wash label which would maybe repositioned ( not a big deal but it’s a bit sad when you have to cut your new underwear). Second the sizing is a bit confusing everyone is different and brand sizes aren’t standard adding measurements would help in my opinion as S/M/L is a bit vague. Lastly I feel the thickness of the material feels a bit thin over the cup considering the price so wondering how they will hold up after a few washes.

That being said I love what you’re doing and I love the ethical drivers behind this company no company is perfect. I can honestly say I will only be buying Alexander Clementine underwear from now on. Keep doing what you’re doing.
