Myself and my husband were a little lost in applying for our first mortgage, and Molly and Lucy were helpful, kind and incredibly dedicated throughout the process. They were able to consider some complex employment circumstances, and it felt like they really championed us throughout the process. They kept us informed promptly at each stage of the application and with all of our many questions throughout, and even when things didn't go our way with a property valuation, they were able to give us informed advice.
