Don't do it
My husband bought me the Beekeepers solid 18K gold bracelet for Christmas at £1,800. He saved for some time and this was going to be such a treat. I opened it on the big day only to find a flimsy little bracelet (which I found out to be Faith Hope and Charity). You can imagine my disappointment, and his. Then came the, what can only be described as a performance, of returning the item and obtaining a refund. Of course, the company was closed for some time after Christmas and we were left to worry for some time as to how or whether we would get this large amount of money back. When someone eventually did get back, there was no apology - simply a question as to whether we had had a nice Christmas. No, we did not. The whole process of returning the item and the wait for the refund required effort and more worry. We had to speak to so many different people it was ridiculous. As for whether we wished to have another sent to us, this wasn't really suggested at any time. In any case, based on the frightful quality of Faith, Hope and Charity which would break on one wearing, I wouldn't bother. Keep your hard earned money or spend it on something worthwhile would be my suggestion.
