ALLDATA Avis 

This is a complete waste of money. The salesman which attended our garage told us we were signing up to a rolling 1 month contract. After using the service for 3 months we found the website to be extremely slow and basically unusable. They have the name alldata but it’s partial data at best! That’s if you can even manage to find it. We went to cancel to be told we have signed up to the year contract, guess this is our error for not reading and taking the salesman’s word. Just hope this review finds someone who is about to make a similar mistake

WARNING: Unauthorized Direct Debits and misleading software
I have had nothing but trouble with this software. It is riddled with incorrect TPIs, missing details, and completely inaccurate information. On top of that, their promised 1–2 hour response time for information requests routinely takes incredibly long, causing massive delays to my daily work.
However, the most shocking part is their billing practices. When I requested to cancel my subscription because the software does not perform as advertised, they refused. I took matters into my own hands and cancelled the Direct Debit through my bank.
In response, this company used my financial details to set up a brand-new, unauthorized Direct Debit under a completely different name ("Chase") without my signature or consent to bypass the cancellation. This is a severe breach of UK financial regulations.
I have reclaimed the stolen funds via the Direct Debit Guarantee and reported this unauthorized mandate. Avoid this company at all costs—they will manipulate your banking details if you try to leave.

I have tried their DIY a few times. It's very difficult to navigate to the pages you're looking for. The pages are chopped off, containing partially information not entirely. It's waste of time and money! I will try Identifix next time.

I was told by a salesman that many of the product features i wanted were available. upon using the product i found out that those features were unavailable. After working with a account manager and calling in to get help from the support and training team multiple times i have come to the conclusion that it will cost more to use this system that it saves in cost . Because i cannot use the features i asked about i requested a cancellation. The account manager refused and said there was nothing he could do even though he admitted previously that the salesman lied.
